I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years for all my family’s prescriptions, including one that needs monthly refills. My prescriptions are always ready quickly and they send automated reminders to let me know when everything is ready for pickup. Went this morning and Ali was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond!

I want to give a big shout out to Holly one of the pharmacies’s assistant. I received a text message informing me my scripts are ready to be picked up.
When I viewed them I noticed that one of my prescriptions has doubled in price.
Spoke with Holly and informed her of my concerns, she really took her time to assist me in this matter, and adjusted the price using the Walgreens app to find discounts on medication.
It’s people like Holly that really care and make a difference in this hectic world we live in.🙏

Save yourself and do not use this pharmacy. They can't mange stock, are rude to their customers, cancel prescriptions inappropriately, constantly make excuses, and routinely shut down on the weekends. Run from this place as fast as you can to the pharmacy on Platt or Gandy at MacDill!

I had a middle of the night emergency and this was the nearest 24-hour drugstore available! The night staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to find everything I needed quickly. The location was clean. I returned back later in the morning for something else, and the pharmacist answered my question right away.

Take your inquiries (and business) elsewhere. After waiting on hold for 5-6 minutes, the miserable woman/pharmacist who answered the phone demanded my personal information before she even knew what I was calling about. I provided my name, DOB, etc. She then proceeded to snap at me for asking a simple question. She asked if I had a prescription with them - to which I said “not recently” - she replied “So, you’re calling me to fill a medicine that you don’t have a prescription for?” Obviously, I have a prescription for the medication I was calling about, but she continued to cut me off. Snottily, she stated, “I’m not taking any more patients at MY pharmacy.” I must have been speaking with Mrs. Walgreen, considering she referred to it as HER pharmacy. Foul attitude and zero customer service skills. You can keep YOUR pharmacy and YOUR patients, sweetie.

I went into the pharmacy to request my scripts to be delivered. I was having issues with requesting delivery service on their app. I was told by a pharmacy tech "no problem I will set it up as our app sucks." I waited 4 days for a prescription. I called Saturday the 24th of June and was told I would receive it by FedEx on Monday the 26th. I just received the prescription today which is the 29th! I called the store daily and was told I would receive the medication that same day I called. Another script I was told was in route Monday the 26th was received the 28th. Only one script was delivered correctly. Keep in mind I was in touch with the pharmacy daily and given incorrect information each time. As well as being charged for the medication.I reached out to corporate twice once on June 30th and again on July 6th. Both times I was told I'd hear from them within 2 business days. They left a message for me yesterday a week - July 13th. In closing my transportation is limited and this is a matter of health. I hope In future I don't have to go through this. PF

My doctor called into pharmacy they said they have the medicine and when I showed up they said they don't use GoodRX and they don't have it in 1 second after request. Very un helpful thanks for nothing. Edit / I went to another Walgreens in Tampa area and they helped me right away and they use Goodrx!!! Please don't waste your time with this Walgreens, GO ELSEWHERE!
