Like others have commented, I feel like their customer service is very terrible at this store, like at the bottom of the barrel type. It's really just a couple of bad apples, though, because there are a couple of good workers there. A lot of times I go in there and there's these two younger girls and one of them I think is even a manager and they'll literally just drag feet and look like they are pissed off at the whole world for some reason and it's every single time I go in there now here is this little lady happily scanning all my items with a line of five six people when they could easily get off of their Tick Tock brains and start helping this Old Lady scan stuff. Whenever it isn't this awesome old lady as my cashier it's always somebody that is low-level minded that can't even acknowledge to make eye contact and ask how your day was or any kind of communication whatsoever if anything they get pissed off because you're asking that you need to deposit some money on your debit card and they roll their eyes at you. The only thing that would fix this store would be at the corporate level. You need to literally straight up fire the manager that works there and hire some people that literally not only need a job but are willing to do a good job and be happy to do so. There's many people out there that is like this. These young women that you have working here are some of the most terrible customer service Associates that I've ever seen. Every time I look at them, it makes me feel depressed.

I only went in to pick up a few items but I didn't realize the pharmacy closed early on Sundays and anything else I was looking for was out of stock . I left without making a purchase

Covid testing is not accurately performed and is inside! The nose swab was not done correctly at all. Was advertised as drive through and I was told to come inside and wait with all of the healthy patients. That is not safe for others.

Walgreens has declined over the years the pharmacy is the worst. Their department needs a complete overhaul from availability of supplies to customers services.

Sarah in the photo center is great ? . She had incredible patience with my 2 year old daughter while she was wiggling around, getting distracted by balloons. Sarah took multiple photos and made sure everything was just as it should be. My daughter even wanted to hug her when we were done ? overall great, professional experience
