On hold over 45 mins for the pharmacy when the tech answers and puts the call back on hold- rude af. Slowest pharmacy ever. Save yourself the headache and use a different pharmacy.

We went to the Walgreens on 2115 E Hillsborough Ave Tampa, Fl to pick up my pictures this evening and we were disappointe. The cashier was taken care of a customer that took forever, and the line was long. We were waiting patiently at the pickup counter for pictures. The cashier called for help, a man came out passed us 3 times. He proceeded to take care of a customer in line, then he told the cashier to go on break, she passed by us and asked if anyone was helping us, I told her No. We told her he passed us 3 times, and did not want to help us, and it's been 24 minutes waiting. He yelled at us saying someone coming, I said when tomorrow. We were upset! Poor customer service skills! No apologies, no care in the world!! We left!!! This Walgreens, needs to teach customer service to some employees!!!

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS, I WOULD! By far the worst pharmacy I've used. I have to wait on a consistent basis for half an hour for the pharmacist to help me, even when I'm sitting in my car and push the "call" button.

Unbelievably rude service from whoever answers the phone in the pharmacy. Will cut you off and speak extremely harshly to you unprovoked. Not the type of experience you want when trying to ask simple questions about medications that are critical to your health.

They were super busy, evidently ALL day. I'm in from out of town and spoke with my local pharmacy to transfer just one day / pill to this location. I was repeatedly put on hold, so I left my convention and walked. After waiting in line at the actual pharmacy, I was mistakenly told my original pharmacy needed to call them AND I had to call or come back after 3:00 when the next pharmacist would be on duty. I called - again - on hold for over ten minutes. I understand understaffed and busy, but not misinformation AND not them understanding I am just too. Will NEVER use this location again

This shit show is a nightmare. Pharmacist should be fired!! I am a physician and she tried to tell me my meds that I have been on 6 yrs is "a new med and needs ordered"...Also my text from Walgreens said "available for pick up 10:40 am". At 4:00 pm she said "thats just an estimate "- she got confrontational with me telling me she was "also a doctor"...please...you count pills at a chain store...if you were smart you would have fixed the problem in stead of lying to me. What a fraud!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Publix. I am pulling all my family scripts.

You literally cannot make this up... We are here in Tampa coming in from Atlanta to get on a cruise ship. We need to be tested for Covid prior to getting on the cruise ship. No big deal.So we set up our appointment here at this Walgreens... The only test people through a drive-through so we walk up to the drive-through, and the pharmacy literally tells us that we have to be on some kind of a vehicle... And they tell us to go find a couple of scooters. Yes you are reading this right, scooters... In order for them to do our Covid test.

Have been unable to get through to the Pharmacy for two days now. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes today. And my call was disconnected after waiting for 15 minutes. Additionally, the automated system is terrible at understanding basic human requests. Once I finally got a hold of someone in the pharmacy department, she tells me that they cannot transfer my account to another store.... After two days & holding for about 45 mins.

This is the worst pharmacy in Tampa and possibly in all of America if that's saying anything. They're always out of your medication, if they do happen to have it, it still takes days to fill, or they've misplaced it and need to look for an hour to find it. They are the most unhelpful, rude staff which is highly frustrating not only during a pandemic but also in general because they're working in the medical field and carelessly doing their job. If you have any serious medical problems you will want a different pharmacy if you value getting your timely medication and proper care. I have never written a Yelp review because I usually am not bothered by much but they have wasted way too much of my time and energy. Walgreens would be much better off just shutting this location down. P.S I wrote this while on hold for 20 minutes which then they answered only to hang up on me so :-)

This is the worst Pharmacy that I have ever used. On two occasions they ,Walgreen's ,sent me notices that my scripts are ready, only to travel there and have them tell me they haven't been re-ordered. Call them on the phone to re-order when back at home and when the numbers are called in the automated service puts me in touch with " someone who can help me!" So this " helper" now tells me that in fact the ' scripts are ready... very sloppy and unprofessional!

What had happened to this Walgreens? I've lived on the island for 6 years and the last 3 times I've been to this pharmacy has been ridiculous. Had management changed? Definitely not enough help! Today after waiting 45 mins, the system goes down and it was straight on freak out. The one employee yells at the other to help the customers! Customers are laughing at the chaos! So now they can check People Out cash only... to system is up and running.... but they can't bill anything to insurance so I can take the prescription for the cash paying price! Who wants to pay 80 Dollars when with insurance it's 10. I asked when it will be back up and no idea... I said well have you called anyone? We can't call anyone we just have to wait. Is there not an IT team? Or someone to look into this. And when you complain the manager and staff are dead in the face... no emotion... which tells me they are apologizing a lot and are becoming way too used to people complaining.
