This store needs help! Within 5 minutes of the pharmacy opening after their lunch, (2pm) “the manager” was barking at everyone to answer the phone, she needs a register, why isn’t this register working, told a customer not to see anyone but her. Everyone was on pins and needles including me. I’m switching pharmacies as this has been progressively worse over time. The last time I was here the same person was barking orders for help at the drive thru to a pharmacist who was about to give a vaccine 💉. When he said he was about to give a vaccination, she said how does that help the drive through.
I felt awful for the other pharmacists. The whole atmosphere felt so toxic.
I want to mention the rest of the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Terrible . 1 tech working with 3 cars waiting and multiple people inside. Even with central fill they can’t serve the customers. Waiting over 15 minutes and I was 1st in the drive through line. I’ll be transferring any future Rxs out of here .

Something is definitely wrong with the Walgreens system. They never answer the phone, I’ve been on hold sometimes for almost an hour. If you try to use the automated system it refers you back to the pharmacy where you are put on hold, The drive through is useless. You are not even acknowledged and wait time is forever. They need more employees definitely. If it wasn’t for Calli I have been long gone. FYI all the Walgreens are the same. The store on Henderson is even worse.

Pharmacy hangs up on customers repeatedly. They are slow and not responsive. A disgrace to Pharmacy industry. It’s bad enough people need medication. Thanks for making it worse. They can’ even cover for lunch breaks because they’re too cheap to hire help.

actually a concerning that this walgreens hasn’t been shut down. the pharmacy is a joke and the store clearly has no respect for anyone’s time. i waited in a line of 8 people just to be told my prescription wouldn’t be ready for 15 more minutes. i waited to pick it up a week after it was ordered. walgreens should be embarrassed

The service was extremely disappointing. I spent an hour waiting in my vehicle for assistance at the drive-through. Unacceptable and truly unbelievable—this reflects very poorly on the level of service provided.
