I moved into the area so I became a pharmacy customer but turns out after I experienced the terrible customer service at that location and I wont go into detail I feel it's not necessary to do so the bottom line is I experienced it and I have gone back to my old pharmacy location much better service. I can say that this reflects on the store manager how he manages and the example he sets poor customer service has been an on going thing at this location and I'm sure I am not the only one that has experienced it, I spoke up about it maybe other people just don't care.

I want to give a big shout out to Holly the pharmacy assistant. I received a text informing me that my prescriptions are ready, however looking at one of the prescriptions the price has doubled. When I spoke with Holly I asked why? Holly took charge and found out why and she used the Walgreens RX Savings finder. By doing this the cost of my prescription went back to the price I was paying previously. It takes people like Holly to make a change in this hectic world we live in.

Crappy service. They make it difficult to return an item with a receipt that you bought on their website. The website says same day delivery, but after you pay it tells you it will take 4 to 5 days to be shipped. Once you get it, you cannot return it online, you have to go in person to a Walgreens. Once there, the staff doesn's know how to do the return and they don't call to troubleshoot. They tell you to come back when there is a manager because they don't know how to do it. The convenience of ordering online is ZERO. Very irritating experience. Never buying anything at Walgreens again, ever!

The pharmacy department has to be one of the worst! It was fine a few years ago, but with each passing year it gets progressively worse. I was sitting at the drive-thru pharmacy window waiting forever for someone to come and acknowledge that I was there since I saw 2 different techs walk by and look in my direction. WTH? I tap on the window to get their attention and one of the techs has the nerve to catch an attitude. They need to get it together.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here so I was pleasantly surprised when a 3am emergency came up and this walgreens was open and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I hope more folks get the same great experience I did, it was a lifesaver having this 24hr walgreens available.

Angie is by far the best pharmacy manager that has helped me over the last 15 years of being a Walgreens customer. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very good at training the new employees. A true gem to your business!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Samantha at the Walgreens pharmacy. From the beginning of our conversation, she interrupted me multiple times, making it difficult to explain the reason for my call. The discussion revolved around a medication (QVAR inhaler) that has been on back order for months. Unfortunately, it took excessive back-and-forth communication to get clear answers to my questions.
At one point, when I asked about the back order situation again in a different way, Samantha responded with a comment that was both rude and completely unprofessional: "The expected receipt of this medication is months from now, so if you want your son to breathe now, you will need to get him on different medication."
This level of disregard and insensitivity is unacceptable, especially from someone working in healthcare. Her behavior lacked basic empathy and professionalism, and it made an already stressful situation even worse.

Worst pharmacist, Samantha, cut us off, was rude and sarcastic, and then had the nerve to joke about our 2 year old son's ability to breathe without his inhaler. We needed help figuring out a solution to get our backordered medication (that we were told multiple times would arrive this week). Instead, we were disregarded and our son's life was mocked. That is a disgusting way to operate.

Almost every time I come in this location there’s no one around to help. Then checking out isn’t an enjoyable experience especially tonight, the young lady that helped me wasn’t friendly at all. There was an issue with the card reader and my card and she wasn’t helpful at all, she didn’t even speak to me other than the total of my purchase and to tell me to tap my card when the reader wasn’t working. Just all around not an enjoyable experience there.

Beware - Awful pharmacy staff. Very unfriendly, incompetent, and rude. Not to mention the consistently long waiting lines. If it wasn't for the head pharmacist, Angie, I would not be going there.
