I would like to say Thank you so much to all the Walgreens staff who still be smiling and with such a beautiful positive mood, above all Tampa City is still going through at this time. This after only one day of Hurricane Milton and two weeks after Hurricane Helene. I was so glad to find Walgreens opened, after riding my bicycle for 2 hours, and needing something to drink. At this time, the City had most stores closed, no gasoline available at the gas stations, no electricity and still Walgreens find their way to be available for their costumers. Thank you so much guys!!!! God bless all Florida, stay strong we will come out of this, sending prayers and Hope!!!

Sitting in Drivethu for over 15 min
10 before I got help , 4 employees. Front counter came before me even though I was there first . Not great customer service

Don't take passport photos here.
They have cheap $50 camera and poor lighting and that will result in poorly printed passport photos. Your photos will get rejected, just stay away from taking photos here.

I have been to many Walgreens in my time and I found this one to be the best one yet.
As I walked in first thing you notice is the music is soft , the floors are clean. I learned today that lapcorp is also located here which is why I’m here. The lapcorp experience was the absolute best. Is private and very clean. The employee for labcorp was the sweetest most kindest person ever to do bloodwork.
(Walgreens) Also when I cashed out the young woman at the register was just so sweet and kind and I simply mentioned this was a fantastic experience at a Walgreens.

24 hours logo all over the building. When will be removing those 24 hours . I went there 1 Am and store is close .

Customer service was terrible. I stepped over to the photo counter and a young girl tried looking for my order, seemingly barely looking in the bin stated she was going to get someone else to come help me. She told another coworker that she was clocking out and asked someone to come find me. He seemed very brief and short with me and made it seem like I was an inconvenience. The only person with some kindness and customer service was the young lady with curly blonde hair that checked me out. Will definitely think twice before coming back.

Beware of ur personal information here. They assume who they are speaking too and start giving out information about insurance and medications without verifying! And when you try and speak with the manager on it he sees no fault in it.

Went here today to fill an rx. They were out of this medication. They wouldn’t look at any other Walgreens to see if they had it. Pharmacy tech also wanted to argue with me on refill date. Very unprofessional and will not be going back!
