The worst experience of my life if you want to spend their time as if you were worthless, come here, they will wait for you as long as they can, and if you die or your illness worsens it is better for them, I have lost 2 days of my work plus hours of anguish waiting for medication for my sick wife, I am desperate, I cannot do anything other than write this text and warn people not to come here!! They should close this, it doesn't work!

Yesterday they sent me a medicine because I was in a lot of pain and the pharmacy at 6 in the afternoon my husband went to get me the medicine and it was already closed, today I call at 9 in the morning and they still tell me that it was ready at 11 in the morning if it's because of them one dies, tremendous bad service they should close it, I'm going to change pharmacies to CVS, it's always open and it's much better.

I am going to change pharmacies to CVS, it is always open and much better.

I'm on hold with the pharmacy. They've picked up the phone only to put me back on hold twice now. The store shows as not busy and it's not their lunch hour. Ignoring calls from customers that could be bed bound is irresponsible.
Called the store and requested a manager. I have the staff on recording talking badly about me and hanging up the call. I'll be filling a report with the BBB.

Poor management in the pharmacy - as other reviewer's have indicated, they put you on hold, then answer and instantly re-initiate hold in 5 minute cycles.

Horrible experience ,horrible customer service ,took me 20min of being on hold while calling the pharmacy for someone to answer me with a horrible sense of customer service in addition to that ,everyone assumes that all customers are Spanish speakers,please look for a mother pharmacy

By far one of the worst pharmacies in the area. The pharmacists are mostly people who don’t want to do their job or were given no training. Awful.

Whenever I come to pick up my medicines every month they tell you that it is not READY yet to return in an hour, when you return they again tell you no that you should return tomorrow

The pharmacy department is inefficient THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE or rather they pick it up and put it on hold again it is a shame that they rate themselves as excellence in costumer service I have been waiting for 15 minutes to be attended to it is embarrassing and I hope that someone from the Walgreens management see this message and take action with their inefficient workers, what a shame, the truth is, I am seriously thinking about going to CVS, every time I call they solve my problem and without much delay, this message is for whoever may be interested

This place never answers the phone. They let the phone ring. Then immediately send you to the music. Forever 3 or 4 minutes. Then they puck up and continue to hang up or send you back to the music and pick up and send back to the music. This is very disappointing and disturbing!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They close super early, the don’t answer the phone. They close for several hours during the day. I have requested refills and had to physically go to get them to begin the refill process. Never going here again. Beware

Someone answered the call, said "Cual es su nombre?" (Speaking to someone else) then, disconnected the call.
