This is the worst pharmacy ever. They take forever to fill crucial time sensitive medications and don’t care about people. They have limited stock and ran out of a necessary medication. Do not put your health in the hands of these careless, disorganized, inefficient and unprepared pharmacists.

The pharmacist asked my friend and her husband why they were taking a certain medication. The medication only has one use and he should know that bc he is a pharmacist! Also it’s none of his business. He told them they couldn’t pick up the medication bc the doctor needed to call to confirm the already sent in script. It’s buprenorphine and what’s crazy is if it was oxycodone or any other opiate it wouldn’t be a problem to fill but this was a problem and caused a pharmacist that is uneducated to ask questions that he had no reason to ask. Maybe get people who have empathy and know medications and their uses.

The management and staff customer service could clearly care less. Multiple terrible experiences due to there being no regard, empathy, or standard being upheld here except for one girl in cosmetics. I recommend driving further to the WestShore and Gandy location from now on. Put your money at locations where you feel valued

They did not take any photos, I provide digital passport photo copy to ask them to print out 4 additional photos, total $36.53 for 4 photos ???? really? No picture service just photo prints ??? $10 per 2x2 photo???? Huge Scam right there!!!

The male pharmacist is so rude and arrogant. He thinks he knows more than my doctor and will refuse to fill prescriptions. Very condescending know it all. Will not use them anymore. Publix up the road is always so nice and helpful.

The staff here is great but especially Anders I think is his name not sure if he still works there but a few month ago he was so nice about honoring online price I had been to so many Walgreens and the staff is always so rude but whoever is running this one is on top. They hire a great staff have never had an issue here!

This is the probably worst Walgreens store around all Tampa Bay area. The employees are really rude, the manager is definitely do not know how to run the store. They do not deserve even 1 star.

I did not know Walgreens let their standards go this low. I was always a fan until this became my go-to one. Nobody is EVER at the register and they roll their eyes when you have to go find them to check out. I literally have never been there and didn't have to go find someone. The store itself terrible as well. Half stocked shelves and overall just dirty.

"Pharmacy Operations Manager" told me I couldn't leave my paper prescription with them 4 days before it was fillable, which I was doing because they take time to call and verify it with the doc and the fillable date is over the weekend. She said they can't hold the paper, and I said that sounds made up and asked to talk to someone above her. She told me she was the highest, but after questioning her further she reluctantly gave me her bosses name in the pharmacy, Shawn. I was pretty nice for being lied to, definitely did not take anything out on her despite her trying to avoid working. So today I call Shawn and explain to him why I can't bring it in over the weekend, that I need him to call the doctor and verify it by the end of tomorrow or the doc won't be in and it'll result in having to wait even longer. This guy ignores all of that, tells me that he told me last time that he cannot fill this prescription by itself, but he never told me that at all.. He backpedaled and said he "must have told my doctor then." And before I get a word out about it, he decides to tell me that he isn't filling anything for me because of the way I treated him and his "Operations Manager." Never once did I swear at either of them. I voiced mild frustration with the arbitrary changing of policy, and moved onto the issue of my doctor. Shawn listened to his "manager"(who clearly misunderstood our exchange) and lied about having told me things that he never told me at all, misrepresented my behavior and told me I cannot fill there anymore. No basis in reality for his decision, absolutely abhorrent treatment of customers with actual problems with his staff. Never yelled, never raged, voiced the smallest amount of frustration with the situation and asked to talk to someone above his shift manager pretending to be the head manager. When your pharmacy messes up this bad, and you dismiss customers, that's a problem.

I would give a zero if I could. WORST PHARMACY EVER. Got a text that my prescription was filled, only to find out at the store that it is delayed, its been a week with no answer. Thankfully there is a CVS next door.

Horrible place. I went there drop my fedex box. Everyone there are Looks like students. Horrible service. Very bad experience. Not polite I feel disappointed for the owner and the brand. Shame on them.

Excellent customer service by the young lady at the register didn’t catch her name and Lina also provided excellent customer service skills. The young black guy at the register didn’t get his name went above and beyond with excellent customer service skills.

Nice doctor but when your paying for a visit it would be nice for medications to be sent that were discussed in the visit. Now I’m missing my medication and have to leave a voice mail for someone to do their job….
