Any time I call there’s an expectation for me to speak Spanish. Called today and stated what I was calling for and got the response “I don’t know” with a prompt dial tone. How rude of you to hang up on someone. How dare you scream diversity and you don’t even have someone who can handle a phone call in English

Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too! I waited in line for 45 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription. Never again.

What a bad experience in the place! I don't understand how in a place of such acceptance there can be people working, serving the population with bad character, and I am referring to the lady who served me, named Niurka, she is not suitable to work in that place, at least not with the population, they should check that because at least I, while she is there, I won't go anymore!

Horrible phone service. It is impossible for them to answer your phone in the pharmacy area. I have been there for more than 40 minutes and on hold the entire time. I know it is a very busy area. I can wait. But I don't understand that it's always and at all times and no one ever answers. But I must say that they serve you well once you are physically there.

My family and I visit it often because it is the closest pharmacy to our house, we take passport photos here, when you ask for the photo service, the managers feel annoyed and assume a negative attitude, apparently it is not their business. I am pleased to provide this service. They took photos of me and my family for passport and residence, in the end we could not complete the process due to poorly taken photos, causing us to miss the immigration appointment. When this occurred today January 18/2025 at 10:15 am we returned to This pharmacy where we tried to talk to the manager (Geydi), who was texting on her cell phone when we arrived and with a terrible, aggressive character, very bad manners, arrogant attitude and contempt, she treated us badly, finally she did not There was no communication with her or a solution to the matter, having to leave the place. Neither I nor my family will go to this place again. If you read this, I recommend using services from another place if you don't want to regret having gone to this one. Terrible customer service and the worst service and no one solves it. Vote for all the managers and look for new personnel, there are many capable, prepared and educated people in need of employment. I would rather drive 20 miles and go to another pharmacy where I will be cared for properly and given the service I deserve and need.

Do yourself favor and do not use this pharmacy. They don't know what they are doing. I went to pick up a prescription and I had mentioned to them that they gave me the wrong medication. They said it would be ready on Monday since it was a Thursday. I go back on Monday and they tell me that it's not there and to wait a week. Excuse me…like how long do they expect me to go without my medication….my dr did her job on sending the correct medication but this pharmacy is giving the wrong meds. I don't know where these people got their license! To save yourself getting the correct meds and getting them on time go somewhere else. I rather drive an extra 12 min to a diff pharmacy then this one which is like down the street.

I always visit this Walgreens bc is close to my house , but if you need to print photos go to a different location or order them in the morning bc the lady that they have in the night shift . I don’t know if she don’t know how to print photos out she don’t want to do it. I’m not sure but this is the third time that I ordered a poster or some picture to be print and every time is the same lady , and she always always has an excuse. One day someone forgot to change the paper and she don’t know how to do it . Second time someone put the paper the wrong way and she don’t know how to change it and tonight she was by her self and she can’t leave the front by itself, and she turn off the light at the photos station and she leave it for the morning shift , like who is not training this unsuitable person for this position. And don’t ask for a manager bc is not never a one . So frustrating

Yesterday my child's doctor sent him some medication for a reason I went to look for him today when he arrived through the outside window in my car the girl told me that he wasn't ready that I had to wait between 15 and 20 minutes for a prescription medication the day before and she asked me to move from the window and go inside to wait in line after having had 4 cars in front of me. A total lack of respect, but if one complains or gets upset it is because one is Latino or Cuban. You know, I'm thinking of changing pharmacies but what bothers me the most is that they are going to continue doing it to others and nothing happens. 05/12/24 at 12:10 pm this happened. So many people needing work and them saying they are behind, as if I had to understand them and they don't care about your time.

Bunch of idiots in there no one knows how to do their job and I went in to bug in baby formula and they were all out of stick and the ones that were on the shelf is literally expired that’s so dangerous and cashier only speaks Spanish like Helloo?? Most people here speak English not just Spanish
