Pharmacy is terrible and staff is rude, I called about a prescription that I had been waiting on and said I called hours ago at 10, and the dude hit me with uhh we haven't even been open for 10 hours but ok.... Like c'mon man you are gonna misunderstand me then say something smart like that? 1 star

Don't use passport photo service.. state dept encouraging to renew online. Walgreens can not successfully get you the digital photo you need for your submission successfully

Steer clear of this pharmacy! Auto-refill orders are like playing a game of delay, delay, delay because they always need to be reordered. Diabetics can't survive without insulin, but this pharmacy seems clueless! A prescription for an ointment placed almost three weeks ago? Forget about it, it's still unfilled! Go anywhere else, seriously, anywhere! I waited in line for nearly an hour only to witness the staff chatting away about nonsense instead of getting things done.

Takes 30+ mins to pick up any prescription every single time. Literally have to plan my day around picking up my prescriptions it’s crazy. Someone needs to be fired.

The wait time (30+ min) in the drive-thru is unreasonable, and every person seemed to converse with the clerk and leave empty handed. The pharmacist clerk announced they did not have my Rx (even though it was on autorefill) and that they did not receive shipments on the weekends. She said in that case we ordered it Monday, and it could take several days before they get it. She asked me to go around and re-do the line, so they can check another pharmacy. I obviously left, as I was now in line for 45 min. 10 minutes later I received an emailed that the Rx was ready for pickup. The inconsistency of events do NOT make any sense!!! Corporate is not doing any justice to the customers, if they continue to ignore the poor service of this location! It is alarming!

This location is easily the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Medications are never in stock and there is zero communication when this happens. The staff also asks ridiculous questions when filing scripts that aren’t controlled substances. They made me feel like a criminal for picking up an antibiotic, asking questions about my living arrangement and the distance I traveled. Done with this pharmacy.

I have had a very difficult time getting my prescriptions filled at this location (which hasn't happened prior). I have been there in person and called several times and had to leave with no prescription every time. They are very little help and always have excuses as to why. Additionally the wait time in the drive thru is horrendous because everyone is having the same issues and seem to be leaving empty handed as well.

Need an immunization, go online, answer many many questions, make an appointment, go to appointment, they don’t have the shot in stock, told to make an appointment…walgreens sucks

The pharmacy needs some serious help at this location. I had a vaccine appointment at 5:20pm, for which I arrived right on time. When I got there, I was told to wait because the pharmacist had "stepped away". It took 20 minutes for them to give me the paperwork, which I filled out promptly. After that, they made me wait for another 20+ minutes before they called me. I spent a whole hour total in this location. I am not sure why they have an online appointment system if they are not going to honor them.

The pharmacy staff needs some serious help. I called about a prescription that the app told me could not be filled and to call as soon as possible. I was put on hold 5 times, and was waiting for 20 min during that time. Then finally I guess they could no longer put me on hold, so they just hung up on me. Mind you, during the times they said they were putting me on hold, I wasn't even given a chance to speak about why I was calling, sometimes the would just pick up and immediately put me back on hold without saying anything. I called back and was put on hold yet again without getting to say a word. I was on hold another 20 min before someone FINALLY picked and and spoke with me. Needless to say, they were not friendly either, and when I thanked them for helping me, they just hung up the phone without saying you're welcome or goodbye or anything. Customers don't deserve to be treated this way....

I like shopping at Walgreens buy some nice items and the pharmacy is very nice and Associates that works. There is very nice.
