The pharmacy needs some serious help at this location. I had a vaccine appointment at 5:20pm, for which I arrived right on time. When I got there, I was told to wait because the pharmacist had "stepped away". It took 20 minutes for them to give me the paperwork, which I filled out promptly. After that, they made me wait for another 20+ minutes before they called me. I spent a whole hour total in this location. I am not sure why they have an online appointment system if they are not going to honor them.

Dont come here often but man that one curbside pickup spot made all the difference in the world huh, rude for nothing.

The pharmacy staff needs some serious help. I called about a prescription that the app told me could not be filled and to call as soon as possible. I was put on hold 5 times, and was waiting for 20 min during that time. Then finally I guess they could no longer put me on hold, so they just hung up on me. Mind you, during the times they said they were putting me on hold, I wasn't even given a chance to speak about why I was calling, sometimes the would just pick up and immediately put me back on hold without saying anything. I called back and was put on hold yet again without getting to say a word. I was on hold another 20 min before someone FINALLY picked and and spoke with me. Needless to say, they were not friendly either, and when I thanked them for helping me, they just hung up the phone without saying you're welcome or goodbye or anything. Customers don't deserve to be treated this way....

I like shopping at Walgreens buy some nice items and the pharmacy is very nice and Associates that works. There is very nice.

I went in after work around 4:45PM on 10/12/2023 looking for a face scrub. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, which was completely fine. The cashier was busy checking out two other customers. I proceeded to walk over to the cosmetics area to look for the scrub. After about a minute or so I hear an announcement stating "Customer needs assistance in cosmetics." I however was the only customer in the whole area, and I didn't need nor ask for help. So I couldn't help but feel immediately uncomfortable. I continued to look around, but couldn't shake the feeling I was being watched. So I decided to leave. As I was walking out, all while helping cash out other customers, the older white presenting female cashier says a very patronizing "Have a good day!" As a Black man, we are often misjudged and stereotyped when out about in our day to day. I don't know who exactly triggered the announcement, but the feeling of being mistreated and mischaracterized really upset me. Had another customer been over or come over after the announcement, I would have understood it wasn't for me... But that never happened! This constant behavior in stores is extremely unacceptable! And I promise I will never shop there again. Even if the workers thought I needed help, they should have asked me first before assuming. You never know how some behaviors and selfishly positive intentions could come off as highly ignorant and show forms of microaggression. I would assume Walgreens offered great training in these areas. But you know what they say about assuming! And training doesn't often change an individual's deep-rooted bias, assumptions, and just plain ignorance.

When you call and ask if scripts are ready, they will say yes. Then when you go there, they aren’t ready and make you wait for a long period of time. Be better!

Garbage. Was told 10 mins on my prescription for my mom who just got out of surgery and her meds were ordered HOURS ago. Been waiting upwards of 40 mins so far while my mom is sitting in pain and nauseous. The man in the pharmacy copped an attitude with me when I mentioned she just had major organs removed and needs the meds immediately. The lack of sympathy and order in this location is wild. They've helped multiple other people ahead of me without even looking my direction the whole time.

I think this is the one item I buy every trip. Our own water bottles for our trip. Walgreens is conveniently located not too far from our hotel. I would be so nice if every hotel offered filtered water, just a nice complimentary convenience for guests. I opted for the shelf Fiji water. The alkaline water gives me weird skin reactions if I drink too many bottles of the stuff.

Mr. Nelson is amazing and has outstanding customer service skills. He's always very welcoming and knowledgeable of where everything is located and is always willing to look around the store and even the back. I truly wish everyone would inspire to be at his level.
