Pharmacy is terrible. Every time I call they keep putting me on hold without speaking. You just hear someone pick up and put the phone back on hold. after 15 minutes on hold it rings about 20 times and hangs up.

This pharmacy is the worst in the Nation. Wesley, the pharmacy manager thinks he is a doctor. He violates the privacy act by asking questions about your medical condition and asking if you tried different medications other than the drug your doctor prescribed. He states if you don't answer his questions he won't fill your prescription. The staff won't answer the phone and if you hold for twenty or more rings they pick up and say hold and put you on hold which goes on for twenty or more minutes. If you complain to the store manager, Justin, he says he has talked to them about this and he will fix it. Nope! They obviously don't care what he says and the problem continues. They taped over the bell at the drive thru and you can sit there until they get good and ready to come to the window. You can call in a refill in the morning and maybe it will be ready that day. Probably not. The staff believes they are doing you a favor to sell you your medicine. Look at all the google reviews. The pharmacy gets mostly one star. They get one because there is no minus ten.

Been filling my prescription here for almost 2 years. Every time I get Juan as a pharmacist there is a problem. And every time Juan is extremely rude and unsympathetic. He would do much better in a job that doesn't work with people. Getting my meds somewhere else from now on.

very bad treatment by the manager who told me that I couldn't do something that I had always done in that store, which was add an amount of money to my account. The cashier did it well, that's what I can say.

I love shopping at Walgreens because they have many offers for members and the products are very cheap, but oooooo many times there are problems with the system or they don't have the Catalina machines on and the service people don't have the desire to assist you and explain the things to you. doubts .

The worst pharmacy I have ever visited, Mrs. Dana, the pharmacist refused to sell me a medication prescribed by my child's pediatrician just because she believes that medication should not be prescribed, ignoring medical criteria and even after speaking with the doctor, she still does. He refuses to give me the medicine. This lady is rude and disrespectful. I already complained to the manager and nothing happened, I don't plan to return to this place ever again. Horrible service. Mistreatment of customers
