very bad treatment by the manager who told me that I couldn't do something that I had always done in that store, which was add an amount of money to my account. The cashier did it well, that's what I can say.

Under-staffed. One customer service person covering photo and front register. The csr was professional but needed another person there for coverage.

its been "temporarily closed" for two days, following a power outage in which the whole surrounding area recovered an hour after it. i need to pick up medication but i cant since its closed, and having it sent to a different location is a whole ordeal. terrible business.

Joel the pharmacist and the female tech there today were SO beyond pleasant! Never in my life have I ever encountered such kind, caring, and personable pharmacy staff. These are people who genuinely care about the patients and make your experience enjoyable. I currently use a CVS near here and had just come in for vaccines, but I am 100% switching to this pharmacy thanks to them!

This Walgreens is your typical store so why bother posting a review you're wondering . . . Because the pharmacists I've encountered there on my visits are so caring. (Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the female pharmacist who helped me on my prior visit.) They remind me of the days where you went to your local drug store and the one pharmacist behind the counter knew your name, your parents, where you lived and every bump & bruise you ever had! This last visit, I was assisted by the pharmacist Joel - he was so patient as he helped my husband and I process our insurance coverage and get the correct vaccinations for our respective age groups. He explained clearly why the insurance company was and was not covering different things and provided us with detailed information to help us decide what to do next. I took notice that while Joel was helping us, every other customer that came in to the pharmacy to pick up orders were individuals who Joel knew by sight. I wish more big chain stores would recognize the value of having employees like these pharmacists who build relationships with the customers.

After several years of filling hundreds of thousands of dollars of medication at this this location I finally gave up when the pharmacist told me to take my business elsewhere his name is Joel. I called to to make a complaint and out of retaliation he refuses to fill any of my medication that are controlled and refuses to transfer them basically holding them hostage I have no other choice but to visit my providers and have them re-issue Scripps for all the medication that he is refusing to fill. Joel has been veryRude in the past and has told me that he would be more happy for me to move to another pharmacy I have also been talked down to buy other pharmacy staff at that location don’t ever go there! Joel is a vary mean and spiteful person oh and if you think you can get a response from the store manager he does not care anyway his only goal is to keep corporate from knowing what is going on at the store level . and I will be making A official complaint with the board. Good Luck

I would love to think more training for your staff would be beneficial for them and the customers. Unfortunately, employee's like "Johan", should simply not interact with the public. He should be working in a warehouse or something more "independent' of interactions with the public or other people. I came though the drive through to pick up a prescription. Johan told me there was no prescription for me and to contact the provider. Well, I did. She told me the date and time ands store number it was sent to the store. I called and someone else, found it. for some reason it was under my maiden name. I had never even told the prescriber what my maiden name was. No idea how or why It was not correct. But, regardless I was happy they found it. I went to pick it up. Johan, again at the drive through. He asks my name, I tell him. I also tell him I believe its under my maiden name (unsure if the tech on the phone had to merge profiles because of insurance). He tells me "all your prescriptions are closed". I am so confused. We discuss this for a few moments. I tell him that the tech earlier told me it was here and ready. Ultimately he finds it under my maiden name. Proceeds to argue with me that I should have told him my maiden name to begin with. Just bad bad customer service. Embarrassed and incompetent he argues with me. Failing to ever actually listen. Shame on Walgreens overall as a corporation. You won't ever find good people. Johan, you can make the same amount of money working at a warehouse, with less frustration. Walgreens won't notice or suffer, but I have no recourse except to try the CVS down the street instead. I used this Walgreens for convenience. However, if I have to make 2 trips and a phone call, that defeats the point.

This is by far the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I’ve had the displeasure to work with, too many incidents to count but I’ll let you in a little bit on the latest (and last one) my wife called in to fill a prescription on this location because on the app it showed it was the only location who had it nearby, after a 10 minute conversation the pharmacy tech was able to locate the manufacturer coupon on file and the medication. She quoted us an hour…an hour passed. When we showed up the window a different person (because you cant seem to keep people) told us it would be an hour. Okay. We’ll be patient for a little longer these things happen. We come back after two hours. The medication which was confirmed to us via phone and then again 2 hours ago was in stock now needs to be ordered. Its a heart medication and my wife had 1 pill left. Because of supply issues. When we told the gentleman at the window we were told to come and it was in stock this morning he disappeared for a few minutes and then came back to tell us that there were only 2 people working and the other person doesn’t remember talking to me today.confused at the new level of gaslighting that was happening we asked politely of he could check near by Walgreens for stock as this pretty time sensitive His response “yea sure but its not going to be now, we’re too busy”Needless to say we will not be returning to this location and if you’re expecting any better treatment you’ll be sorely disappointed.

The Walgreens itself is nice and clean and the main employees are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is horrid. 3rd car in the drive through line and sat for 15 minutes. Huge mirror shows them that people are waiting but they leave the window after each car. I am finally at the window and no one bothers to come to it. I sit and wait for 5 minutes then finally decide to just walk in. Should have done that in the first place. Told the tech that I was sitting outside in the line for 20 minutes and he told me that it was due to them doing COVID tests. OK understandable. But could you at least acknowledge the people in the drive through line? I suggested that they need more people (there were only 2) to handle the influx. My comment was not appreciated as he kept mumbling about me not being patient and understanding. Rude rude rude. I have always had problems with this pharmacy but the convenient location made me stay. I will now be transferring my scripts elsewhere. Customer Service is non-existent at this Pharmacy. Horrid way to start my day
