Incredibly poor service and rude pharmacy staff. Had surgery over 6 hours ago and was supposed to pick up and take painkillers and antibiotics immediately following surgery. Stopped by once and they rudely told me to come back in an hour and my prescription would be ready. I came back an hour later and they told me through a quiet and nearly inaudible drive through audio system I needed to wait another hour. When I asked the gentleman to repeat himself because the sound system was quiet, he proceeded to angrily raise his voice through the system - which was actually helpful because I could hear him better… however his tone was upset and irritated. Now it’s been 3 hours since my visit and they have not contacted me about my medication and I’m in severe pain. I tried to call and I got put on hold by their automated system for 10 minutes before it automatically hung up on me for being on hold too long.
Please do not use this pharmacy.

There's been an abandoned camper that's been there for like a month it looks disgusting no windows it's been sitting there and nobody's doing anything about it

I went in to take passport picture for my toddler. Though they are good at patiently bearing my toddler but the passport picture is of useless one and when I was asked them to send email, they sent not the passport picture but the original one. I would have taken it with my phone itself. Why should I pay that hefty amount to get that original pic instead of passport ?
When I called department store number, it took me to Advent health primary care not Walgreens.
PS: avoid this store at all cost. Pathetic !!!

No wonder this Walgreens has 2 stars , I went in just to get some aspirin and a drink while I was in the area on work business and when I went to checkout there was no one at either of the front registers and there is no self check out option so I waited about two-three minutes waiting for someone maybe to come back but no one did. There was a women working the photo counter and so I asked her is anyone working the register and she said no you have to check out over here. And she said that like it was normal and expected, I never go to the photo counter unless I’m developing photos or picking up photos. She had an attitude with me as if it’s my fault that no one was working the front register and seemed upset I asked if anyone was working. Then she rings me up and I try to type my number in and she’s like no stop you have to wait until I ring it up. Like seriously ? And even if that’s true , fine but the way it was said and her attitude was like she didn’t care at all and no apology or anything about the lack of staff working here. Would not come back, go somewhere else if you want any kind of good customer service.

Literally have idiots working at the front. Today I said I needed to do $5 on one card and the rest on another and the man at the register said I can’t do that. I have no control. I said yes you can they do it all the time for me. He argued with me saying he couldn’t do it and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Do better, get workers that know what they are doing up front instead of being ignorant! I will go to CVS from now on. This place is getting worse and worse with its customers service and the sad thing is managers don’t care they are just as bad and just as rude!

The staff in the store are very polite, but the pharmacy needs improvement in customer service and communication skills. The last visit was my last straw. The front tech asked me what I paid for my previous refill, and when I couldn't answer her, she snapped at me for not remembering. Then she proceeded to tell me my total would be $600. When I questioned the total and told her there was a mistake, possibly because she hadn't charged my insurance, she gave me attitude and told me to stand aside while she attended to other customers. The pharmacist was rushed in filling it, and no one told me the refill was not complete. They only gave me a small portion of it, which I didn't find out until I was home. I have since gone to another company to fill my prescriptions. Customer Service is more important.

Like all the other pharmacy reviews, absolutely terrible. Waited almost an hour for a SCHEDULED COVID/flu test. Had to go up to the counter multiple times to ask what was going on. Ended up leaving without getting it done. Staff is absolutely useless. Terrible service. 0 stars

The worst!!! They have the worst staff and somehow lose your prescriptions, I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to a dog. Just terrible

Very rude staff they ask questions about old addresses instead of updating the account. Will ask you to ride around the building multiple times instead of taking one car and filling orders. The ghetto. they have cockroaches the size of half dollars in their pharmacy they must be doing more eating than filling orders

Brian, later to find out the manager on duty, purposely neglect, customers, needs I simply needed to do a chime card Brian told me that the system came with an error message. A car cannot be loaded when I was using the barcode scan on my phone to load money on my Chime card. He clearly had no money to assist with the issue to find out I was inconvenience to your sister store The cashier happily assist me with my trans smoothly. I could clearly Tell you purposely had no one As also there was another Guest In front of me, they had an issue With lifting her water on the counter Kindly assist the elderly lady with the water As Brian stood there as he was not going to assist customer service You are the Manager on duty

The pharmacy staff is super rude here. They always have attitude and the last interaction instead of the lady asking for another form of payment because my insurance pay card wasn’t working, she took my medication away as if like I couldn't have it. I need my thyroid medication to live and function. Terrible staff!
