One of the worst experiences dealing with what I assume are professionally trained staff and pharmacists. Moved to area and requested prescription to be transferred from a Rite Aid. Brought bottle into location and young woman took down information and handed to pharmacist. The woman (had colorful hair) dis her job but that was the end of it. Went in three days later to pick up and the same young woman was there. The team all looked like they didn’t know what had happened. “What persciption” we don’t see any request. Thank god she was there as she stated she gave to a email pharmacist and then the search began regulating in “ maybe you can call you doctor and have them send a new one”. UM no, let’s try to do your job and find out where it is. Then three days later pharmacists calls and said it was transferred and as I was traveling I just called back today. And guess what, the gentleman says I don’t see it in our system. After a back and forth I ended up saying I would come in and the realized what difference would that make. Whether on the phone or in person this location has proven they lack any sense of professionalism or responsibility. To be told four days before Christmas to call me doctor and have a new prescription sent is absurd. So I have work magic through my One Medical team to have it filled at another reputable and reliable location. Stay clear from this location as they District Manager is obvious a sleep at the wheel with leading.

I have been using this Walgreens for about 10 years. The service has always been good even after the CVS across the street closed and they became very busy. My favorite pharmacist is Jeff, however, they’re all kind and courteous. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I called yesterday to see if they were in stock of my medication. They said yes and to ask my doctor to call it in. I called today to see if they received the prescription and was told "yes, but we're not accepting new patients". Why would you not tell people that before they waste their and their doctor's time?

Expired Products and Bad customer serviceI received assistance from Lismary and the young gentleman with brown hair at the checkout.I recently had an incredibly disappointing shopping experience at Walgreens that left me sick and dissatisfied. Not only did I encounter subpar customer service, but I also purchased a product that was well past its expiration date.(18 days ago )Upon entering i had a picture to print that i made online after asking they said the printer is not working anyway i leave and 5 mins after they call and say it’s working now so when I went back to print it i was thirst and got a mango juice which was expired from august 24,2023, i informed them and they didn’t do anything just offered refund and threw it THEY DIDNT CHECK THE FRIDGE FOR THE OTHER ONES THEY ARE LEFT EXPIRED FOR DAYS!!!This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and sick. I expected better from a company that prides itself on convenience and customer service. It is essential that Walgreens takes immediate action to address these issues, both in terms of staff training and product quality control. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Walgreens to others and will be hesitant to return as a customer.

"I don't have all the time in the world for you"This is the comment made to my wife today while asking an employee "Matt" some questions about photo printing services. Absolutely nuts. Matt has all the time a customer needs it's his job. I run my own retail business if my employee ever said something remotely close to that they would be terminated immediately.She was trying to do something for her son who passed and the guy knew this. What an insensitive jerk.So I no longer have time for Walgreens and will never do business with them again. We are moving all our prescriptions to Publix. And if I ever need a Walgreens usually there is a CVS across the street.

Somehow inexplicably the pharmacy is closed for two days in a row with no warning, and no one is picking up the phone in the store. Total fail.

Disgusted!!!First off I don’t like the new look. Boring and not as much inventory. Today hit an all time low. American flag patriotic items displayed BELOW and bunch of pride, trans, and LBTQAEIOU flags and items. They went woke so stand by to go broke. Done with this store!!!!

All of the employees are very nice people and they will help you with everything. This place is very clean and has a wide variety of medicine and also food. The manager, Morgan, is one of the nicest people I've ever met.

Customer Service has gone down significantly after the changes earlier in the year. Prices displayed are not accurate. We try to avoid this store. CVS across is much better

I went to pick up my prescription and was told it could not be filled. As I tried to discuss and ask questions with the woman in the drive through pharmacy, she became visibly annoyed, hung up the phone and walked away, unwilling to discuss further. Sadly, customer service has hit a new low.

I had a great experience there, the main reason was the team , first Mr Ulysses, and the gentle cashier that I unfortunately forgot his name. But I would like to prize this Walgreens team!

Ulysses in the pharmacy is the best pharmacy tech ever!!! He's fast, efficient, and always remembers you! The only drawback to this store is that during school drop off and pick up times there is literally zero parking!!! I had to park next door at the sushi place just to pick up a prescription and a few additional items. Maybe they should tow non customer vehicles?
