They have never filled my prescriptions on time. Got an email stating it was ready for pickup and nothing. Tried twice to pick it up after they said it was ordered. Still nothing. Not going back. Switching to Publix pharmacy

The worst pharmacy in the area! They can't EVER seem to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. 3 and 1/2 hours is unacceptable.

As many others have stated, the pharmacy at this location is inefficient. They fail to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, call patients to advise them on medication shortages and/or issues that are holding up order fills. When you call them, they will continually place you on hold until the call eventually drops. Many of the techs are rude, and give out false information regarding medications (very dangerous by the way)
Quality control needs to step in, lots of potential liability issues going on here. When several people are saying the same thing, that may be an indicator that you have a problem on your hands.

Seems like this place is severely understaffed. If calling for Rx, you are placed on perpetual hold only to be disconnected. Same results when calling store manager

I used to work in a pharmacy and I totally understand that you all are busy. Usually phone calls are pushed to the bottom of the totem pole. Being on hold for 30 minutes because I am sent to an endless “hold” purgatory is unacceptable. I was on hold for 30 minutes until I finally just drove up there. I was trying to give the courtesy of 1. ensuring my medicine was actually there and 2. Giving you up to date insurance information.
Corporate should review call queue times and address this.

Worst pharmaceutical staff I’ve ever encountered. Rude, annoyed if you ask a question. They don’t answer the phone and keep you on hold forever and then hang up.

The worst farmacy ever. They never have the medicine ready for you. Even though the doctor has sent the prescription to them. And if you try to call them, they never answer.
