My doctor called in prescriptions yesterday. I got a notification that 2 were complete, 1 was pending and would be ready today and that the 4th was out of stock and needed to be ordered. I checked the status of the pending one today and it had been moved to Monday 4/7. I called the pharmacy and they could not tell me why the medication would not be ready until Monday. She said the medication was not out of stock and that she could tell them to get it ready for me today. While I am on the phone with her it sounds like a birthday party in the back ground, laughing etc. So, they have the medication and they don't appear to be very busy working they just didn't feel like filling it today. First time visit, will not be back. No wonder there are abandoned Walgreens buildings all over the place.

My husband, David Hernandez needed to have old military pictures refurbished. There were over 30 photos. A big shout out goes to Ethel for her professionalism, dedication, knowledge, customer service and over all kindness. Any one needing to have any project dealing with photos must see Ethel. She has over 25 years with Walgreens. She treated my veteran husband with the up most respect and kindness! Way to go Ethel!

Best store/pharmacy ? I would gladly recommend.. beautiful and very good looking staff always polite and very helpful. I never had any issues and specially with my prescriptions

Wow, lots of 1star reviews! I'm not at all surprised. My family has now been using this pharmacy for 3 years to fill prescriptions and have had nothing but problems from day one. The staff are like robots with zero personality or emotion. When they make a mistake they just stare at you and seem confused offering zero resolutions. Communication is horrible. Our individual providers have literally complained to us about this pharmacy not answering the phone or putting them on hold for so long that they have no choice but to hang up! Today I dropped a prescription off at the window to be filled at 4pm. They looked at the medication and said to come back at 530pm for pick up. At 530pm I'm told that they don't have the medication and that I need to contact my provider. I tell them that contacting my doctor at 4:00pm when they looked at my prescription wouldn't have been an issue. But now at 5:30pm it's going to be a big issue since the office is closed! The guy just stars at me with a blank face. Fast forward, I was able to get with my doctor after hours. He gets with the pharmacist and simply has to change the order to the name brand rather than the generic. Now rather than prioritize me I'm told to go find a parking spot because it's going to be a while. Again, I wasn't surprised when I went to this locations reviews and saw that they have a mediocre score. Everyones performance in the store is bare minimum or less. Going forward my family will be utilizing a pharmacy that's further from our house just to avoid further disappointment and delays in service.

I jumped on the coupon train last night (yea, I know I’m late to the party, lol) but I put in my first order and wasn’t sure how the whole process worked with Walgreens cash rewards, etc. The manager working last night (name started with an A, I believe) was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know. We live maybe 20-25 minutes from this location but I will make the drive to this store EVERY. SINGLE. TIME just based on the customer service alone. ??

I was denied bathroom access. All public businesses must have a restroom to stay open. If your bathroom was broken you should've closed it
