I was greeted kindly upon entering but that bathroom was really rough. There was number two on the seat and base. I feel bad for the employees having to clean this but you can’t leave it for following customers

I like Walgreens, but most of us know public restrooms are a gamble and this Walgreens today unfortunately confirmed the tally of that probability.
The men's restroom toilet was in bad shape.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern following a recent interaction with your staff. After over ten years of trusting Walgreens Pharmacy with my prescriptions, I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and dismissive treatment I received.
My doctor recently increased the dosage of my medication and submitted a new prescription. However, a pharmacy staff member refused to fill it, insisting I must finish the previous dosage—even though this directly contradicts my physician’s instructions. When I tried to explain this, I was told to “start the new prescription,” only for the same staff member to argue with me moments later, saying I must continue with the old one. When I asked if the doctor had been contacted for clarification, he hung up on me.
To make matters worse, I had previously been told the medication was unavailable, only to later find out it was in stock all along. As a patient recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I am already in pain and under emotional stress. Having to fight for proper treatment and deal with misinformation adds unnecessary hardship.
This experience has left me incredibly disheartened. Walgreens used to be a place where patients were treated with care and respect. Unfortunately, the current level of customer service—especially from newer staff—falls far below that standard.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and look into improving the training and professionalism of your pharmacy team. No one seeking treatment should be made to feel dismissed, argued with, or lied to.

Absolutely the very worst Walgreens, they need to close. No one to answer phone. No manager onsite. Pharmacy places you on hold and then picks up only to place you back on hold. Waiting on for for over an hour. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Will move my prescriptions to CVS never to step foot in this store again.

Helpful. The pharmacy there may be busy but they're always willing to get your prescriptions filled as quickly as humanly possible and help you get best prices and if your insurance is giving you problems and they will work it out sometimes you just got to learn things can't be done in 5 minutes there's a lot to filling prescriptions and a lot of customers give them a break

The worst pharmacy in Tampa. Each time i have to stay there at least one hour. Lines of customers, and only one window open - most of the time. Other associates walk around, chat and giggle. If i express the discontent, the associate raises his voice and tries to get rid of me . (The oldest one, with red hair). The other one, her name is smth like Nidga, talks agressively and roudly.
Compains to the store manager do not help at all.
Looks like she can not or does not controll the staff.
Each time i need the refill there is a problem -they do not contact the doctor in a timely manner and i have to
wait for the medication for several days.
The only nice person is a young man who is always ready to help and also very polite and respectfull. Sorry i do not remember his name. But he is the only young men there. And he definetly should be given a money bonus.
He should be
