  The store on E Hillsborough Ave is a lot better than in the past. The lines are not very long and it moves quickly.

  Cashier Juliette was very rude. I'm pretty sure customer service is a part of your job. Very off-putting. You probably shouldnt be in a field involving customer service because yours is non existent. And you should find a new job. Coming from someone that has served customers for 20 years plus.

  In checkout 1 to 3, a brunette who speaks English guides people to the checkouts, very rude. I just came out and was yelling at us, what a lack of respect for customers and workers. I spoke to a Hispanic woman and she told me that she is like that, she is always yelling at everyone, what does she think she can yell at others? That takes away the desire to buy in this place.

  CUSTOMER BEWARE DON'T SHOP HERE!!! This place completely sucks over crowed can't find a place to park and don't think that online orders are better they get it wrong 50% of the time and there's NEVER a spot to park for customer pick up. The management should be ashamed but it is painfully obvious that management doesn't care. It's all about the dollar here customer service has died.

  GOOD DAY, all readers and customers of Wolmart, for years I have been a customer of the Wolmart store in the town!! 2 years ago I started visiting THIS Wolmart store that is in Hillsborough, which is exactly the one that appears in the PHOTOS. I REPORT THE DAMAGES AND PREJUDICES THAT CAUSED ME IN THIS PLACE WHERE THE FLOOR WAS WET, MY FOOT SLIPPED BACKWARDS CAUSING ME A DISCLAIMER AND INFLAMMATION IN MY FOOT. I ASKED FOR HELP AND NO ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HELPED ME, WHEN I LEFT ONE OF THE WORKERS WHO ASKED FOR THE TIKET AT THE EXIT WAS THE THE ONLY ONE THAT TOLD ME TO DO THE REPORT!! SO I DECIDED TO MAKE A REPORT BEFORE GOING HOME BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS THE RIGHT THING AND IT HAPPENED THAT IT WAS MANAGED BY AN AFRICAN AMERICAN PERSON FROM THIS PLACE WHO WAS ATTENDING THAT DAY, FEBRUARY 3, AT 12:40 NOON INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO WHAT I WAS POINTING TO HER AND HELPING ME, SHE STARTED TO HELP ME YELLING AND TALKING IN A VERY BAD CHARACTER, TO WHICH I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME HER NAME TO MAKE THE REPORT BETTER ON THE PHONE, WHAT THIS WOMAN DID WAS REMOVE THE BADGE WHERE HER NAME HAS AND TRY TO PUT IT ON MY FACE, TO WHICH I TOLD HER YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THAT AND SHE CAME BACK WITH A LOT OF COURAGE TO PUT HER BADGET ON MY FACE AND I HAD TO TAKE IT OFF AND THROW IT TO ANOTHER SIDE... TO WHICH THIS WOMAN WITH A LOT OF FURY WAS WALKING OUTSIDE THREATENING ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO FILE CHARGES WITH THE POLICE OFFICER WHO WAS OUTSIDE, AND I TOLD HER, IT'S OKAY TO ME. PERFECT, THERE ARE CAMERAS HERE!! WELL, SHE CONTINUED TOWARDS THE OUTSIDE OF THE STORE AND WELL, I HAD TO LEAVE THROUGH THAT SAME DOOR, WELL THERE IS THE POLICE OFFICE, I GO TOWARDS THE EXIT WHERE THE MANAGER WENT WITH COURAGE AND I ARRIVED MUCH LATER SINCE MY FOOT WAS ALREADY SWOLNED FROM THE SLIP I SUFFERED IN THE SAME STORE, A WHAT WAS WHEN I GOT OUTSIDE THIS WOMAN WAS FURIOUS AND THE POLICE ASKED ME WHAT WAS HAPPENING, I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH BUT I UNDERSTAND IT WELL.. RIGHT THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO WAS ON THE MONITORS OR CAMERAS WHO SPEAK SPANISH TO WHICH THIS WOMAN TOLD ME TO TELL HER WHAT HAPPENED, WHEN I AM TELLING HER AND THE POLICE WHAT HAPPENED BOTH WITH MY RESVALON AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE EMPLOYEE THE "MANAGER" BECAUSE THIS SAME MANAGER STARTED ATTACKING ME WITH INSULTS, AND IF IT WAS NOT BECAUSE THE SAME POLICE AND ANOTHER WOLMART EMPLOYEE TOOK HER INTO THE STORE THIS PROBABLY HE WOULD HAVE EVEN HURT ME PHYSICALLY, ALL OF THIS HAPPENED UNDER CAMERAS, IN FRONT OF THE POLICE AND OTHER EMPLOYEES, AND WHEN THE POLICE RETURNED HE TOLD ME TO WAIT AND WENT INTO THE OFFICE WHERE THE SCREENS ARE, AFTER A WHILE THEY CAME OUT AND TOLD ME YOU CAN LEAVE 🤦‍♀️WHAT I ASKED THEM AND WHY THEY HAD ME HERE WAITING, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE MANAGER WANTED TO FILE CHARGES BUT THEY CHECKED THE CAMERAS AND THINGS HAPPENED AS I TOLD. AND OF COURSE I COVERED THE MANAGER BY SAYING YOU ANSWER HIM TOO, AND I TOLD THEM NO, I AM SIMPLY DEFENDING MYSELF☝️I PUT THE CLAIM BY PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP ON MY CLAIM, A WEEK THEY CALL ME AND I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE DONE JUSTICE, WELL, SURPRISE, THE PERSON WHO CALLED ME BY THE NAME OF CHRIS, WHO IS THE ONE WHO SUPPOSEDLY FOLLOWED THE CASE, TELLS ME THAT HE CHECKED THE CAMERAS AND THAT IT IS SEEN THAT I AM THE ONE WHO ASSAULTS HIS EMPLOYEE AND NOT ONLY THAT IS THE MOST ABSURD, ILLOGICAL THING, THAT IT IS SEEN THAT I AM GOING AFTER THE WOLMART EMPLOYEE, WELL #1.. I HAVE TO LEAVE THROUGH THAT DOOR WHERE THE MANAGER IS HEADING

  4. THE POLICE HIMSELF SAW THE CAMERAS AND SAW THIS FURIOUS WOMAN AFFECTING ME AND IT WAS THE POLICE WHO GRABBED HER AND TOOK HER INSIDE THE STORE.
  MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAMERAS ARE THE ONE THAT THESE PEOPLE WHO SUPPOSEDLY ARE IN CHARGE OF DOING JUSTICE SUPPOSEDLY SAW.
  WHAT IS THE PROTECTION THAT AS CLIENTS WE HAVE IN THESE PLACES. I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO APPLAUD WHEN AN EMPLOYER PROTECTS THEIR EMPLOY

  Unprofessional in all levels!!! Still the same! I can't believe how this place get managed. Lot of daily products are not there. And yes to lot of other reviews....employees prefer to chat, talk and laugh to them self, instead to take care of customers. I I had to make a ranking list for walmart stores, this one would be the last!!!! And I know a lot of them.

  Honestly, i don't think the store really wants you to use the self check out.
  This is the most hyper controlled and over patrolled Walmart. Sadly I really despise going in . I drive to the other location on Hillsborough if able. If there were more associates on registers then policing the self check out and gossiping while making shoppers feel like their guilty prior to purchase. I things could move quickly and not have a line regularly down the aisle.
  Let's not even start on the inability to get a parking space for grocery pickup.

  Always crowed because they never have enough cashiers 15-20 minutes in line to check out is absurd
