Not as crowded as the superstores and they have a lot of self-checkouts which is good you're in and out very quickly

Customer center is not helpful, they always have a problem not answering the same story that they have no connection, in addition to being rude and if they are talking on the phone, the customer has to wait for them to finish

This place was great when it first opened. Now over 90% of employees don't speak English. The ones that do treat people like kids. At this store sometimes they put some one to direct people to self pay cash registers not all the time just sometimes so when he is not doing his job and some heads to the register he gets irate like he did with me. No other walmart in the bay area that I have been to has someone directing people. That defeats the self-service register system. The management and the rest of the employees need to be replaced there with people who can treat the customers with the respect and common decently we deserve.

At Walmart, it is generally a recommended place to shop, where employee and customer satisfaction is essential. They provide a cozy space, good treatment, good service, quality products and a good price.

I am deeply upset about how I was treated at the Walmart Neighborhood Market on 12/06/24. This experience left me feeling humiliated and unfairly targeted. I went to the store to pick up milk replacer for my puppies and noticed a man following me in an unsettling manner. Despite this, I continued shopping, using the Walmart app’s Scan & Go feature as I’ve done many times before.
After completing my transaction, an employee stopped me to inspect my app, not to verify my purchases, but to check how many items I scanned. She didn’t explain why, didn’t seem to know how the app worked, and didn’t thank me after the inspection. This unnecessary scrutiny was offensive and humiliating.
I can’t help but wonder why I was singled out—was it because I wore a hoodie, am Hispanic, or put my phone in my pocket? This felt like harassment and unjustified bias. Until I receive a formal apology, I will leave 1-star reviews and limit my shopping at this store. This treatment was demeaning and unacceptable.

I can't figure out if Susan and Kevin are the best managers and run a tight ship, or if this store gets blessed with AMAZING employees. Customer service is top notch always regardless of who is working. Mayda in customer service desk is fast paced, knowledgeable and always smiling. This is also the only Walmart in my area that the customer service line is never wrapped around the store and when a couple of people get in line, it's so refreshing to see Kevin or Susan jump in to help. This store is a well oiled machine and always a pleasure to come there. Also, I really enjoyed Kevin being so festive for the holidays, really put me in the spirit. The hands on management is really not something you get to witness at any establishment these days. I seen Susan today bringing in carts. Just so hands on, I love it.

If you are using Walmarts customer service center AVOID THIS LOCATION. Susan the operations manager has inconsistent operational procedures in place that delayed an important money transfer to my wife and kids .And the donkey disguised as an associate without a name tag of course lacked any proper customer service skills.
Go to the Super center on Dale Mabry instead .
