Good afternoon. I have been a customer of this Warmart for 7 years now and for me it was the best, until right now when two workers of Cuban origin made fun of me in front of my wife, my son and all the people who were present because they doubted if I had passed a product that I had in my cart that their colleague had already scanned and put my information in the machine, I complained to them about this and they told me that they were doing their job. I wonder what the cameras and security guard at the door are for. I ask the manager of this place to review my case because if this keeps happening it is a great insult to serious people that two simple workers play and discredit whoever they feel like.

I have been coming to this location for years now and the employees there are usually so careless and never eager enough to help me when I need assistance. However , today was a complete 360 turn around! I met the sweetest employee I have met at any Walmart by far !! I believe her name was Desiree (I hope I spelled it right) . We had a short conversation about the best ramen noodles and how she’s Philippino and how she has so many recipes she makes at home for herself and her little one. I told her I wanted to attempt to make pho and needed the right noodles and she was sooo helpful. Just grateful some one was able to help me after such a long day at work. I just wanted to run into my neighborhood Walmart and grab what I needed for dinner and I got more than that ! Now I can try all these new recipes she recommended . I definitely will be looking forward to seeing her again! I told her she should be a manager and we both laughed and she told me how she’s actually new ,there to my surprise ! Walmart needs to step up and hire more employees like Desiree. Let’s make Walmart as home-ish as it used to be. Thank you 🙏🏼

I bought Alka Seltzer there, then I discovered that I bought another one that was for upset stomach instead of regular one. I opened box, but I didn't touch anything inside. I grabbed receipt and tried return to them and they say they DON'T RETURN MEDS, even I said I bought it without any prescription, they said go to another store, I went to another store at Fletcher, UATC area and they also said same thing. What a waste of time. They should've been write on their products whether returnable or not. I clearly said to customer service that I will give them ZERO STARS

I will not be going to a register with a cashier anymore. Only self-checkout from now on. The lady said I got all the bags only for my liquid egg whites that I paid for to be missing. This is unacceptable.

Over the years, I’ve had numerous frustrating experiences shopping at Walmart, and each time I leave, I tell myself it will be the last. Unfortunately, this recent visit has solidified that sentiment—I genuinely hope I never have to return.
The store’s operations are fundamentally flawed. Nearly everything is secured under lock and key, turning what should be a simple shopping trip into a scavenger hunt for an available associate. To make matters worse, at 9 PM on a Sunday, not a single traditional register was open—self-checkout was the only option. While this may be an acceptable solution for some, it creates unnecessary challenges for others, particularly disabled customers who may require more personalized assistance.
To add to the disarray, the self-checkout experience itself was a debacle. I had to summon an associate for help just to complete my transaction. This, combined with the absence of staffed registers, exemplifies a shocking lack of consideration for customer needs.
The overall atmosphere of the store did little to redeem the experience. The security guard stationed at the entrance was engrossed in his phone, entirely disengaged from his duties. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism reflects poorly on Walmart’s commitment to providing a welcoming and secure shopping environment.
My experience was further marred by the curbside pickup process. Despite placing an order in advance, I found it nearly impossible to locate the designated pickup area due to inadequate signage. The lack of clear direction only added to my frustration.
In summary, shopping at Walmart has become an exercise in inconvenience, inefficiency, and disappointment. This visit reinforced my decision to take my business elsewhere. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this store to anyone.

This location is by far the worst in Tampa. There are never any regular check out lanes open, and always have huge self check out lines. They need to open check out lanes and to stop locking up $3 soap detergent.. it makes the store look ghetto and unsafe. The workers are always rude and always look miserable.

I typically don't leave reviews but since I have time today. Ima leave this short and sweet. Management should be ashamed of them selves. Always hiding when store is busy and under fire. These poor associates seem like a direct reflection of their superiors. Customer service is a joke and I'd avoid this Wal Mart if you don't want to stand around and have 8 employees usher you around instead scanning some damn food. Self check was intended for speed and items under 25! Not for every single customer to scan every single item in their respective carts. I wish I took pictures of this BS. Will NEVER return. They won't miss my business but thats the exact reason why they don't care.
