this store never answers the phone. I have called for two days in a row about a lost wallet and have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone.

I do most of my grocery shopping at this Walmart on Nebraska in Lutz. It must've come under new management at some point because now, it is always stocked, organized, and clean!

Bought a microwave at the store on Fletcher in Tampa and got it from the Pic up outside and when they loaded it they put it where I couldn't see damage to box the microwave was bent in bad on back but I saw it before I left the store and it took almost 2 hours of arguing to get a replacement and they wanted me to waited a few weeks to return it but I bought it then and wanted it then but they did act when I said I would dispute it with Discover card

This review is for all Walmarts in general but especially in the Tampa area. The good thing about Walmart was that it used to be cheaper than other competitors like Publix but now it’s about the same except 1) low quality food products, 2) the worst customers, and 3) the worst employees that act like you inconvenience them by asking them a simple question. Not to mention that they don’t even check you out anymore because everything is self checkout so they’re just being lazy. At this location today I asked a guy in electronics where the batteries were and he just said “front middle aisle” whatever that means and it wasn’t even remotely close to where they were. Even just stepping foot inside of a Walmart stresses me out I’m over it. I don’t know how people still shop there. Also they don’t have Tap to Pay which is stupid.
