I wanted to buy some razors and they’re locked up. The bells that they used to have two contact a customer service person to open the box are all gone. I go to an employee and they say I have to go to the manager upfront. I go to the manager upfront and she says I have to go to customer service, which has a huge line. I finally get customer service to call for someone to open the box and no one ever responded. Very frustrating and a waste of time Just to buy some razors. The storage itself is fine just very difficult for customer service.

The Dominican lady with black curly hair and tattoos working the self check out towards the end of the night was very rude to us as we were coming in, after trying to stop us she voiced that she was ready to go home and if we're not at the front by 11 she's turning off all the machines, she needs to go through training again to learn how to properly talk to customers, if you don't like your job go find another one.
