Horrible customer service. When to pick up my food but there was no one in the food area working. When I asked the employee at beverages for assistance his response was I don't work that area and continue to talk gossip with this co-worker instead of helping a customer. And at this time there was barely any customers in the store. I see why

I had a frustrating experience at the Bev Station recently. Tamika was working behind the counter, and I took an Uber waiting for my drink and it felt like she was more interested in chatting than actually getting the orders out. She had a list of drinks to prepare, but instead of focusing on that, she spent way too much time socializing. I never got my drink—I had to ask for a refund before my driver left me since you get limited time with Uber, when adding a stop.It was incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of urgency and service. I hope they can improve because this was definitely not a good experience at all.

Wawa never disappoints! My 14in pizza was delicious- super cheesy, saucy, and baked to perfection! Also still super fresh. The associates were super helpful…when I didn’t see any mini donuts I was expecting to be told to swap out for what was available, but they helped locate them for me and both did it with a smile and friendly demeanor! Third pack today so I probably could’ve gone without them buuuut they’re delicious ;) thanks for the superb customer service didn’t catch their names for a shoutout but thank you again!

All the food I was trying to order was unavailable, the person preparing the food screams and yells about how there is no pizza and doesn't even politely ask for me to come to the counter and offer something else. I also ordered the pork Cuban and after I paid (which at this point its 15 minutes later) she announced that there isn't any pork. I got a refund. But really my issue is her screaming and not even being polite. The cashier was amazing and very helpful! Thank you to the cashier who was polite. 5 stars for the cashier!

Vegetarian options: There are plenty vegetarian options.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty parking spaces for wheelchairs, also very wheelchair accessible.
