So the guy at the register rings me up for a 20 oz coffee and four cella’s cherries, tells me it’s 6.83 …. I say why is it that price? He says cherries are $1 each plus the coffee, and I said no the cherries are 39 cents each not a dollar and he said he thought they were some other product. They all have a barcode on the bottom to scan and he didn’t scan them just manually entered in the register. Yes only a 2 dollar difference but that is not good practice to assume u know what the product is and manually enter a price for them, that’s what the barcode is for. SMH he didn’t even apologise

As a former Wawa employee, I’m confused as to when they started allowing people to panhandle inside of the store. There was a hired security guard in this store, I guess because of its shady location that was just watching these individuals beg for money instead of actually doing anything about it.

The staff at this location are the most rude and ignorant bunch of people I've ever met. If you don't like your job then quit, don't make the customers miserable because of your frustrations.

The floor is very dirty. The drink machine is full of rubbish and dirty. The doors are dirty. The toilet is dirty and smelly. There is no hygiene here.

This place may as well just close. The damn lobby has been closed for what seems like months. Prime location being right across from the only casino in Tampa. The Popeyes next store is just as bad.

I've been here several times and they haven't had to option to order omelet sandwiches or bagels . Only bagels with cream cheese. So I went next door to waffle house !
