This is one the worst locations. Super rude staff, very ghetto environment. The signs show gas prices that are 20 cents less than actual prices. What a shame because usually Wawa is the go to spot but not this spot or the one on Waters and Florida.

Hot chocolate machine down with no idea when it will be fixed. Don't they know not everyone drinks coffee. Employees looked like he was bothered by me asking about it.

What's the point of ordering ahead online if I get there 15 mins later and still have to wait 15 more? Then being rude on top of it. If you hate your job that much maybe quit?

We went in on a Tues night for a frozen coffee & they had no frozen drinks available. Ordered fries & garlic knots & the fries were cold. But worse of all the security guard on duty was extremely rude to my husband, profiling him & assuming out loud that we was planning on. Shoplifting. Was very offensive & unnecessary. Not a very good way to treat customers. & I couldn't care less if I sound like a Karen, I'm pissed

Every single Wawa in Tampa is becoming straight trashed. Everything is extremely long wait, from food, to waiting in line to cash out. Self checkouts aren’t efficient enough for a high volume gas station / fast food restaurant. There needs to be a cashier at every single register every hour of the day to cash people out faster. Some of the workers are bit too slow and need to be more attentive in their pace. A convenient store is suppose to be convenient and a lot of the wawas in Tampa are way too slow at cashing people out. Ones in particular, Waters and Florida. That one just needs to be knocked down and just leave it empty absolutely horrible, then this one here by USF the line super long.
I go to Wawa for the quality , cleanliness and service. As of late everything has been complete trash. Damaged and horrible pace of service. Either the community needs to do better job of taking care of the nice things we do have or workers and community accommodate one another to keep the cleanliness and services top tier .

I always visit this Wawa early in the morning before my shift, and it’s become my routine morning visit! Customer service at this location excels, especially with Mary. She is beyond helpful and always has a bright smile on her face.

There’s so much wrong with this place it’s honestly sad. I love Wawa I always go to them and usually have a great experience. However at this location this one particular cashier is mind blowingly rude and unprofessional. The cashier in question is short with short hair probably in her 40’s with a darker complexion to identify her as she had no name tag on. To start there was a line building up at the regular register as she walked off. As I waited this poor guy infront of me had his card only take off a partial amount due to insufficient funds at self checkout (5/14/24 11:30pm) she made it such a big deal by huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes and I felt so bad for the guy. She made him come to a regular register and due to whatever thresholds they have, had to call a manager to over ride whatever was going on. Me and everyone else waited patiently as the line grew longer and longer. She not only kept looking up at the ceiling in an annoyed manner talking to herself she also told one customer who asked “where your help” “your mouth” she stated. Everyone in line started to feel uncomfortable. She continued to present no sense of empathy, urgency or care to anyone involved. She then finally sighed and said “fine who’s next” as she signed onto another register while the man just sat and looked at us. I’m not sure what’s going on in her life but it seems to be greatly affecting her performance at work. Disgusting, rude and outlandish behavior at work…. The manager didn’t help coming over saying “i ain’t got enough people to be doing all this”. I recorded the entire encounter start to finish on my phone and will be 10000% sending it to corporate. If Wawa knew this is how you guys were running a store they would not be happpy. It’s all on camera. Get it together this treatment/behavior is stomach churning.

i usually order from fletcher but went on a limb to order from here. got a pina colada’s and it tasted so nasty i had to dump it. how does one forget to add lemonade to a drink that’s got mainly lemonade ?? i’ll stick to fletcher… i didn’t care enough to get a refund or remade because i knew it would turn out the same here. made me sick to my stomach after drinking 3 sips.. tasted like straight coconut and salt mixed together.
