The drink orders are always messed up no matter how many times I’ve gone. I watched the woman mess up 2 drinks before mine and then messed up mine. I didn’t even say anything to because she was extremely rude to people in front of me Homeless people are constantly outside begging and catcalling women. The store is dirty but whenever the John guy is working the food is always out quickly and my order is right every time.

They're so skimpy when it comes to the breakfast bowls. They put like 3 leafs of spinach in mine. Waste of money coming here.

I picked up a item that was listed on shelve for $3.29 and when the clerk rang up the price, it totaled $4.07. After asking about the price he say that the item was $3.79, I did informed him of the listing price. He was not concerned at all about listed prices, I did return the iyem and this item is list at numerous other stores at $3.29. I guess Wawa choose price on personal appearance. Check your receipts when shopping at Wawa, especially on Fletcher Ave.

Tuesday Nov 12th 4:50 am:
I was not only (for no reason whats so ever) just profiled by an employee (Mary) but after taking it up with the MOD (Chastity)
I was furher harassed as I was trying to finnish adding my hazelnut creamer to my $6.00 ice coffee that they were just short of accusing me of stealing!!!!! I hadn't even finnish pouring it into my $7.00 wawa cup that I proudly ====> own and, ,believe it or not,, was actually bought and paid for by --->ME! By the way, I spend over $450.00 a month at this location, the Casino Wawa, The Bush location AND the one on Fowler, Just on
👉Ice Coffee alone! 👈
Oh. They done messed with the WRONG person, this time, my fellow Wawa Patrons!

Deli workers need to call out order numbers louder. I waited almost 45 minutes for my number to get called just to find out they called it 3 timed just to tell me they were out of one of the items. I'm half deaf so I didn't hear them call my number. Between the music and other customers talking I still never heard my number be called out my wife heard it.

I have lived in Florida for almost 32 years I decided that during Milton when I didn’t have any electricity to give their coffee a try. 5 seconds later I am throwing everything in the garbage because they didn’t have regular natural sugar cane for my coffee, no creamer but a lot half and half I just couldn’t, then the employees were over worked and everyone so rude I had to walk out. That was my first experience and also my last.

I was treated horribly today at this store by the lady at the drinks station. She accused me of stealing. She snatched the drink out my hand stating young lady you can’t be touching other people’s drink and took it. I told her that was my drink and showed her my ticket and then she asked for receipt and I gave it to her. She then questioned if I paid for the cookie I had in my bag I told her yes with my other drink. I did two orders because one was for me and the other was for my coworker. I work down the street and go to this Wawa every day. Even after showing her all my receipts she questioned me again and asked to see it again. I will no longer go here it was such an embarrassment to the point where the customer behind me was looking at the lady crazy and started taking out her receipt because she said she didn’t want to go through the same thing. And the audacity of the same Wawa employee said no it’s fine you don’t need your receipt. Why was I just harassed but you didn’t need to verify the following ladies receipt..? I have no problem being asked to provide proof of my purchase but that is not what she did. She was rude, argumentative, and snatching things out of my hand. Logically speaking who would steal something and then sit around waiting to get caught.. the whole interaction was ridiculous.

Wonderful store, clean friendly staff great selection always busy but they keep it moving , and there is one special employee that is such a kind soul she is changing lives daily and walking in God's presence ? thank you for everything you do for this community. I already loved Wawa but the employee at this location made a die hard Wawa fan!
