Employees at the cashier very rude, I am an every day customer at this location. I have been told today they allow only two transactions per customer for the discount with the Wawa card. Not going back any time soon

The worst experiences I have been to manage outlets before but this one is the worst. They had no ice coffee and the guy in the store was rude enough to say that he is not bothered. Bad this was the worst ever WAWA.

The GM, David, is a liar. He tells you one thing, does another, and then refuses to correct things even if his lies are causing harm to you. I tried reporting it to corporate several times, but they don't even bother getting back to you, not even as a courtesy.
The bathrooms are always disgusting. I had to report problems in the bathrooms several times, and the staff acts so put out for being expected to do their jobs.
They removed tables outside for no good reason.
The products are way overpriced. Just go to the Racetrac down the road, where the pricing is much better, and the staff is much nicer.

NASTY! The staff at this location were even nastier than the food they serve. According to two of the staff, who identified themselves as managers, there were three managers on duty at 5:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. If, indeed, this company has three managers working simultaneously, it explains why their prices are so high and quality so poor.
The employees didn’t present as managerial quality; based on their customer relations skills they would be hard pressed to keep a job at McDonalds cleaning the restrooms. Come to think of it, something coming out of a restroom at a McDonalds would taste better than the slop they serve at this Wawas

I was trying to get a gift card here. Gift cards are not available after 6am apparently. I was trying to get it at 5:55am. I went back to grab it and the employee was clueless how to do it. I decided to leave.
Also there have several sketchy people hanging around every time I go to this Wawa. I had a guy that followed me to my car one time and another lady another time ask me for a ride. I called the store to report the situation with the huy

Order 231 was lost they proceed to tell me to put in another order 316 to recieve a burnt meal and a 40 min wait thanks for wasting my lunch and my money very poor service

Guy making drinks today took his sweet time joking and talking to the other employees who were busy trying to service the line. He kept shouting inappropriate remarks. It took forever to get a smoothie. If he concentrated on making them instead trying to distract the other employees we may have gotten our drinks in less then 30 minutes.

The tall, scruffy dude with the thick glasses is annoying. He’s the only associate in all of South Florida that insist on trying to charge a customer $.25 for extra crispy jalapeños. I don’t mind paying if that’s the rule, but your cashiers can never find the code! Just to keep the line moving they always end up not charging me because they can’t find it they probably can’t find it because it doesn’t exist. I was going to get a full tank of gas, lunch and tobacco products but now I’m gonna go two stops up the interstate and give my business to Florida Avenue you can hang it up my friend I’ll never return to your store to buy anything I’ll get free water and use the bathroom but I will never buy anything from Bearss Avenue just because of him

Disgusting. I can't even get from my parking space to the door with hitting a wall of ciggeratte smoke and homeless people yelling for money. I tried to be nice and offer a few of them something to eat, they cused and yelled. It's like this every morning and afternoon at this location. The manager refuses to do anything about it

Worker behind counter was indignant when asked about food service. There was in fact a hand written sign on one door stating food was down but she was unprofessional in her response. She was a problem If I owned the store I’d fire her
