This place is ridiculous. I ordered a family sized soup, and they gave me a cup full of broth and barely enough to feed one person. But this is supposed to be a family size? How disrespectful.

DO NOT order food from this Wawa. I never get what I order and they’re impossible for support to get ahold of to try and get the food I ordered in the first place. For a while I was ordering nearly daily and not once did I receive everything in my order, stopped for months because clearly they can’t be bothered to pay attention, tried to order again today and they left out the main item. Thank god for the support line because they’re always willing to get a refund processed for me but completely ridiculous that I can’t get food that I paid for delivered.

I went inside and got a drink from the soda fountain at 11:30pm, one of the employees started yelling at me to pay for it when i wasnt done picking things out. Ive never been had someone be this rude to me at a store, especially not a wawa.

The employees here are awesome. Always professional, courteous and polite. I'm actually kinda concerned about them because when I'm in that store, something is always beeping at an obscene level. It pierces my ears, so it's got to drive them crazy. The self checkout also is set to an amazingly loud volume. I understand hard of hearing folks may need some assistance in hearing, but those things are so loud it has to cause hearing damage to the employees. Gotta wonder if there's going to be some compensation lawsuits over hearing loss for these folks. I know this review sounds a little strange, but if it weren't for the cool demeanor of the folks who work there, I wouldn't feel obligated to say something. They all seem to care about their jobs, and in this day and age (and based on my experience at work in Florida) I am saying all this for their sanity and comfort. Super appreciate the folks who work there. Great job y'all!

If there was zero Star ,i would of chose it ...
We are non profit animal rescue ,we drive around taking care of them,we stop by always any gas station and fill up our gallon of water for pur pets ,specialy cold ,filtered water to keep them hydrated ...we just stop by this location, Wawa and went inside with my publix gallon water to refil,and the manager didnt allow me to get water ,even after i explained to her,she did not let me get some watet for the dogs in the van ....
I didnt know that Wawa doesnt support rescuing animals ...

This Wawa hugs my Tesla® superchargers of the latest model. Interesting that several supercharger spaces are filled with cars not using EV services possibly in part due to sign by the chargers noting that parking is for Wawa customers and employees.
The Wawa offers several gas pumps with a phone number to call for accessibility help
The store offers the parade of coffees so I can mix and match myself. Also the chilled holder offers so many creamers and alternatives that I choose my drink black!
The Coca-Cola ® freestle® machines
Are both out of order today but no worries I can get one of 4 frozen drinks. Brewed ice tea, or a choice of hot chocolate or cappuccino from the machine.
I often buy design-my-own sandwiches from the order kiosk which shows me pictures of 5 kinds of cheese and about 15 sauces and other addi-ons like avocado
Beer cave keeps alcohol especially cold and complies with state alcohol purchase times law
Accessible entry and exit with a door, accessible throughout with fairly wide aisles. Accessible kiosk. Accessible mens and women's restrooms with dedicated stall, 2 grab bars and hands free operation. Outdoor table seating with roof to protect against sun and rain
Great quick service today. I love the rewards club and I scored a free sandwich today.

Please please please get your contractor back to fix the air pressure machines. There’s a lot of us in the neighborhood who fuel up here for commute and need to air up vehicles and equipment. Because of this I have stopped feeling up here.

Good overall Wawa location, always quick with preparing my food and drinks, only complaint is the people of Florida like to park their internal combustion cars in the Tesla charging spots. An employee in a RAV4 pulled up and parked in the chargers and went in to work. Park around front where you belong.

This place drives me nuts. Half the time when I place a curbside to go order I end up having to go in because they simply don't come out with the order despite getting there right on time.
So I started doing in store pickup and more often than not, I'll go stand at the little window and get ignored by every single employee for the first 3-5 min - even when no one else is waiting in line.
I get that they all have different roles. One is prepping food in the front, another in the back, and one person deals with the customers...
But even when the person who interacts with customers sees me waiting there, more often than not they don't acknowledge I exist, no greeting, no just a moment, nothing.
Today the guy came up to the front, looked at me, then looked back down at the food waiting on the counter and started bagging it.
So I thought ok, well maybe someone else has been waiting longer than me. Nope. He just put it in the bag and set it aside and left it there. Meanwhile, my food is sitting right there but then he started to walk away again! Gotta be kidding me.
How hard is it to communicate? Getting my food just 2 feet away behind the glass is always like pulling teeth at this place. I'm so done. Not coming here anymore unless it's a last resort. These people have no interpersonal communication skills and no manners.

Wawa offers free air for tires as a compelling argument to go to their gas stations over others. However, they have no incentive to repair the free air compressors. Every time I stop at one they are broken. This particular location has two air pump stations and both are missing the components to be able to put air in the tire. Compressor works just no valve.
