I come to this Wawa often and usually get in and out without an issue. Today I waited ten minutes for my order, then heard “Order 196, second call” even though there was never a first call. The employee’s attitude was unnecessary. I’ve overlooked the messy coffee area, the dirty floors, and the constant loitering, but this was the last straw. I won’t be returning, and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The food is hit or miss, a lot of the time the people making the food back there are more worried about gossiping then doing there actual job and it shows when the food comes out, I come to this location every morning and it’s not all bad but most of the time but i got a stale bagel with way to much cream cheese when i selected the regular amount of cream cheese, the bagel was so tough i could barely get a bite through it, coffee is good tho

Not a good experience ever. Management rude and exrealmly busy with cigarette breaks and gossip. Very inappropriate actions and verbal abuse to employees. Not team players at all very devices and shoes to all customers and is taken out on customers as well. Cleanliness a total fail seen the same blood in the wall two weeks apart. Maby too much going on too many employees too much time k. There hands

I used to enjoy coming here. The workers have gotten to be so rude now. They often scan the wrong things and charge you the wrong amount. The register often displays the wrong price so it’s very easy for the workers to pull stuff. Worker “Puchi” decided I had to pay full price for the five dollar combo items because I wasn’t getting a coffee. So I ended up paying more for sizzli and a hash brown then I would for the five dollar combo. Then she acted like I did something wrong when I questioned it. Between the coworker behavior, and the homeless people living in their cars outback I think I will pass by this location going forward.

Food is hit or miss... Getting what u ordered is a guessing game.. service is bad at best.. these people do realize they chose to be in customer service correct? Staff turn over is horrible!! Sad great concepts horrible excursion!!

Worst wawa around tampa to be honest. It doenst look the worst but it is. Ordered food to go and was there over 30 minutes and was overly crowded. The workers there need to be replaced asap wont go back to this location ever again not even for gas.

The food was fine. I just got a pizza. That’s literally all I got a few nights ago, but the cashier “Puchi” was completely Unacceptable. All I did was hand her a ticket for my food to ring me up never asked how I was never spoke to me just glared at me snatched it was so incredibly rude without saying anything that it just made me want to ask what her problem is.. Then, as I’m walking away, reading her name tag as I needed to because the way she acted was absurd I see her name and next to it she puts a half frowning face that she wrote on her name tag 😐. I’m sorry, but she doesn’t deserve to be employed and should never be the Main face of contact
I advise A manager or somebody higher up with Wawa look at her Facebook profile immediately the thing she post the things she says and writes is how she’s treating your customer who aren’t asking for anything

This Wawa is excellent! Food is always fresh and made right. Been going here a few times a week for the last few YEARS! Never once had an issue.
