I had bad experience at this branch, the banker that assisted me, apparently was having a bad day and made my day a bad one as well. I came in to open a new business account, I needed some documents that I did not bring in, on paper but had them in one drive. Just a few clicks on my phone and she would had have them in her email. She lied to me and said she was not able to receive outside emails and quickly referred me to an Amscot to get the documents printed.After opening the account and completing her services. She handed me her business card with her email address. Ahh!!! now she has an email.So, if this is lack of training, transparency, or a company policy. I am closing my accounts with this bank.

The staff service is very bad, I waited a long time only for the person who helped me to tell me that they don't do that in the offices that now everything is online and I called the customer service number, it seemed suspicious because the place was Full of people, I called customer service and they said of course they have to do it at the bank, online or by phone ?

I arrived at the bank to request a new debit card, I had my appointment made two weeks in advance for 4:00 pm that day and when I arrived at the bank one of the employees told me that she was sorry but that I had to postpone my appointment because she had to go pick up her son from school, which bothered me a lot and I decided not to apply for my new debit card at said bank.

Was discriminated against at this branch by a Spanish teller by the name of Jeremy Ortea.Got treated as if I was a criminal just because I was trying to withdraw money out of my account.He went as far as to ask the people on the phone to verify where my funds are coming from, while I wasted over 20 minutes at this location I watched countless Hispanic customers come in and out with out an issue. I would not ever visit this branch again nor do I want to continue doing business with Wells Fargo itself. Jeremy God don’t like ugly your Karma will catch up with you!

I came yesterday to this location and they told me that I can’t print my statement with the new address. I came today to get a deposit report and they told me they can’t do it. I have been with this bank for more than 10 years. I usually do not come to the branches because I have a printer, but it’s not working. It is easy to to a report of deposit, they do not want to do it. That is. I move out next week. Moving my business to other bank.

If I could give 0 star I’ll do it for sure! Worst bank location ever! Only one teller, drive thru always close and no reps available to help people around! I just spent over one hour waiting in that tiny little lobby just to make a straight deposit! IF corporate really care about his customers (I don’t think so) will hire 4-6 employees to make that branch functional! Wht an unpleasant experience! Update!Today May 16 I just got turned away because system was down!! The send me to waters or town and country branch!! But its the same system right?? No drive thru, none one answering the phone?? Why this brand even still open?? Ill close my accounts after this!

I’m not going to waste more time saying what everyone else is saying, same deal for me. Waiting in a line of 9 people with 1 person attending everybody else is just “supervising” how everything works. Slowest branch I have ever been, this used to be a good branch before COVID, it feels like you guys still sick or something. I have been an account holder for over 10 years and never had experience something close this situations. Very disappointed about the branch. I hope someone actually pays attention and gets whoever is responsible to resolve this situation.

I had great experiences every time I come here at this location! They always try to solve the problem and do their job in the best way. They treat customers with respect and apologize for any inconvenient. Thank you guys for the work you are doing.

Need a piece of PAPER and the lobby is closed only doing drive thru and they take one car at a time every 15 min! This is rediculous. Every time I come to this location you can't go inside. WHY?!? Even calling online you can't provide an email with needed documents. Why is it so hard to get a copy of my own information???

I made an appointment to open a credit card, but the employee left and I was refused. They told me to do everything online. This is disrespectful to customers. Not professionalism. I will not be a customer of this bank, this branch is a disgrace to the entire name of the bank!!!

They are literally NO HELP no Notary on site then the teller keeps stating well we have one but she’s not here well maam what does that help? They didn’t have any customers and she refused to call another Wells Fargo to see if they had a notary just lazy!

Waiting in line for 10 minutes. 9 people in front of me. People continue to walk in , look at the line curse in Spanish and walk out. Service is horrible!!!!!!! 1 teller at the window. 1 woman overlooking the teller instead of taking care of people waiting in line. Worst bank , time to change after 34 years of being a customer.

The worst bank!! I had horrible customer service. I made an appointment to open a bank account, I had to wait 30 minutes and then the banker tells me that they are too busy and I have to book the appointment for another day. What's the point of making appoiment if you're just going to waste people's time?
