I've been with WF for 20 years and never had a problem until today. My partner and I came to deposit Xmas checks. I've deposited large checks before and never had the experience I had today. From the start, we were bombarded with questions about the check--like, is this the first time you've gotten a check like this? And it kept going. Finally, they accepted my partner's check but put a ridiculous hold on the funds. They rejected mine outright saying the signature wasn't my Mom's. It didn't matter that my mom's name was on our account. We tried to call this branch this morning and they refused to answer the phone. We talked to corporate and they said the check should've been taken and no hold put on the check beyond the normal overnight wait. I took it to another branch like Corporate suggested and had no problem depositing the check. They double-checked the signature but they took it. I guess we look and act like counterfeiters.

This bank is the worst place ever . The lady at the front was very rude to me when I was trying to talked to the manager while the manager was there and she just told me manager wasn’t available. They were lying since I saw the manager stand talking with her . In other words if you don’t know how to do your Job , let other people more ethical and professional to do it for you . Nothing more to say, thank you for you help !

I had a couple of issue that needed resolving asap, and the branch on W. Hillsborough gave me the usual runaround. I made an appointment at the West Waters branch, and the banker there, Laura Acosta, was extremely hepful, patient, and persistent. She straightened out my situation and deserves five stars.

I was hesitant on coming to this location because of the previous review but I checked their previous reviews and they seem miserable all around. ATM looks new so maybe it was switched and my experience was easy and fast.

Drive thru closed for "months" but not updated on bank website. Called and can't reach anyone in the branch. Called customer service and they also can't reach anyone inside. Go inside and there's a line out the door with branch manager hanging in his office texting on his cell without a care in the world. Ridiculous.

I am astonished by how long it takes to go through the drive thru. Do the drive thru tellers handle the customers inside the bank as well? This might explain the time it takes, otherwise they need to step up their customer service and get folks that can move customers along

It's always very busy in here so just make sure to get an appointment for inside. The drive up ATM is pretty fast so that's what I always use. Staff is friendly inside as well.

Incredible bad service, I’ve been a Wells Fargo cust since 2003 and the way I was treated is very poor. I walked into the branch and no cust inside I was told to come back in two hours because they were busy, after I was back the manager and service manager were unhelpful, they just said nothing we can do and refused to help.

Today i went to this location to get a document well Rosanny rucey defenitly went that extra mile and the front clerck also rosanny didn't complain or had mood swings because she had to do something for me I could do myself at home with all the covid 19 going on she handel everything professionally just saying its hard to come across people this days that can actually have time to do their job thank u again.
