Terrible customer service. I make a withdraw and they do it double. I noticed and claimed. I have to wait and they only offer to make a "credit" (was my own money) in a couple of days.....

Absolutely worse experience you could imagine. Glad wells fargo doesn't care about my time. Have Waited over 30 mins (yes im still waiting) to see someone about wiring money even though there was no one else in the lobby... will be changing banks asap for sure after this. Save your time and money for a bank that cares about you..

The worse customer service ever, I never got a bad experience in any bank but this one was terrible. I’m sad to say this but I have to speak loud. They miss treat me, they never have money to give customers, they sent you to another bank all the time and today they told me I can’t withdraw any money from my account there at any time, I have to go to another bank! That’s was the absurd and most stupid thing I ever heard from an employee and supervisor of Wells Fargo bank.

Bank cancles important business checking account creation and they call you and don't tell you a reason why then expect you to call back. When you call back no one picks up the phone or leaves an email. On top of all of this I have to have a 2nd person come with for the signing and it screws them out of their time as well. Extremely frustrating.

Very slow service due to understaffing. Back during the summer there were an average of 5 tellers inside and 2 tellers working the drive-thru. Now there is maybe 3 tellers inside and no one to work drive-thru.There was 4 people working offices for handling accounts or loans and 2 ladies to greet people and sign them up for appointment. But now only 1 person that I have seen in that area.Now dealing with Long lines due to understaffing and no drive -thru.

I understand that many places are short-staffed, but the service here is horrendous! For such a big bank, the drive through is never open, and there's usually only one teller working, even though several other staff is milling around. There are many times ten+ people waiting in line, some not wearing masks during this current COVID surge. I got to the bank at four because I work and stood in line over an hour, which I had to do to help out an elderly friend. I would give zero stars if I could! Glad it's not my bank!!
