If you shop at Any Walgreens and you are not a rewards member .you may as well leave this overpriced store. Without a rewards card..you pay double the price on anything. I will never go shop at Any Walgreens again. Cheaters!!!

I can't even begin to describe how horrific the pharmacy in this location is. Completely Absurdly rude and unprofessional. They treat you like you're a burden, and lie to you on phone, not to mention twice I unfortunately had to wait over 25 minutes to talk to someone, but the average waiting on phone is 15. It's absurd I am not sure how this pharmacy still runs, I have had similar issue with phone in other locations as well. Don't go there if you don't have to!

I had a middle of the night emergency and this was the nearest 24-hour drugstore available! The night staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to find everything I needed quickly. The location was clean. I returned back later in the morning for something else, and the pharmacist answered my question right away.

I went into the pharmacy to request my scripts to be delivered. I was having issues with requesting delivery service on their app. I was told by a pharmacy tech "no problem I will set it up as our app sucks." I waited 4 days for a prescription. I called Saturday the 24th of June and was told I would receive it by FedEx on Monday the 26th. I just received the prescription today which is the 29th! I called the store daily and was told I would receive the medication that same day I called. Another script I was told was in route Monday the 26th was received the 28th. Only one script was delivered correctly. Keep in mind I was in touch with the pharmacy daily and given incorrect information each time. As well as being charged for the medication. I reached out to corporate twice once on June 30th and again on July 6th. Both times I was told I'd hear from them within 2 business days. They left a message for me yesterday a week - July 13th. In closing my transportation is limited and this is a matter of health. I hope In future I don't have to go through this. PF

My doctor called into pharmacy they said they have the medicine and when I showed up they said they don't use GoodRX and they don't have it in 1 second after request. Very un helpful thanks for nothing. Edit / I went to another Walgreens in Tampa area and they helped me right away and they use Goodrx!!! Please don't waste your time with this Walgreens, GO ELSEWHERE!

This is undoubtedly some of the worst service I have ever had from any business. I'm not sure why pharmacies in general believe it's OK to treat their customers poorly, as if they are doing me a favor by providing service but that seems to be how it is. I can only wish that Jeff Bezos gets involved. I'm not a fan of Amazon but I can't wait for them to take this business down. In the absence of a pharmacist who is caring and provides relevant information, a brick and mortar pharmacy does not need to exist. I was here to pick up a prescription two weeks ago and 20 minutes after opening was alerted that the pharmacist had called in sick and they weren't sure when the pharmacy would be open. They were unable to transfer my prescription. I have now showed up to pick up a prescription through the drive-through which has a note on the window stating it is currently down and customers will need to come in. It's seriously is always something at this place. Roughly 3 weeks ago they had a fire and the pharmacy was shut down so they couldn't fill my prescription at all. Because the prescription was injectable and a controlled substance they could not even transfer it. an overused expression but I can't think of anything else other than a dumpster fire of a business

The service at this pharmacy is the worst I've seen in my life. They could care less for you or their jobs. Please use another one. I recommend one of the many independent options nearby. This place should close as this is not welcome in South Tampa.

Although my check-in's don't reflect this , I pop in here 3-4 times a week. I'm amazed at what I find ! I once was looking for an air mattress and they had it !!! Amazing. The staff is always very kind to me. My only complaint is that they are slow to restock . I don't get my scripts here so I'm unable to comment on the pharmacy.

The most disorganized pharmacy chain I have ever been to. They make patients jump through hoops to fill prescriptions and will then tell them that they can't fill a prescription and give a different answer every time as to why. Do not use Walgreens go to cvs or Publix

The pharmacy department has been in slow decline for a couple years now. My prescriptions are rarely filled on time and I always have an issue checking out. I was just on hold for 30 min trying to find out if an urgently needed medication was called in. I'm having an allergic reaction and have been waiting all day. They don't even answer the phone they just pick up and immediately out you on hold. There's only one or two people who know what they're doing. Everyone else is rude or looks like a deer in the headlights. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

today I paid my prescription online and paid Extra money to have it deliver today by 6pm and when I call at 7pm because I never received it the woman said that was no scheduled for deliver and if I want it I need to wait until Monday or Tuesday. What disrespectful answer pour and low class management as customer. I don't give any start but I need to select something! By the way, I never received the invoice but is already charged to my account!

I don't know what has happened at this store, but I've been shopping there for 7 years. about 2 years ago the entire pharmacy staff quit. they were amazing. if you can avoid getting your prescriptions filled here you should. My prescriptions don't get filled or they fill the wrong one, constantly. The current pharmacy staff literally has one person who is helpful. As for the rest of the store staff the turnover rate is incredibly high. Lately the store has been closed when it's supposed to be open and one interaction I had with a clerk lied to me when I confronted him about the store being closed late at night and then open again 5 minutes later. At this point I only go there due to convenience and will probably start using the pharmacy at another location.
