Save yourself time and frustration and bank at another branch or change banks all together! I went in to wire transfer money to pay off my mortgage. Nayim had no idea what he was doing and did not complete the transaction correctly. Instead of calling to let me know the transaction did not go through he sent an email which postponed the scheduled payoff and cost me additional money. When I spoke with him he blamed me for and said it was my fault. After receiving the email, I called the bank three times. Finally on the third time I spoke with someone that told me Nayim was with the manager and what they were doing was more important than speaking to me. I asked that the manger call me back. He never did.

The slowest bank I have ever been to. Never, I repeat, never come here during the lunch hours. I sat in line for 45 minutes a few weeks ago with no apology or explanation for the hold up. Maybe they're understaffed....

In spite of having opened both a business account and a personal account with direct deposit when regions banks atm malfunctioned is when i was informed that their atm was not controlled by regions. The atm accepted a deposit just under $1000.00 canceled the transaction due to technical difficulties and instead of documenting the amount gave in place of a receipt a phone number that of course was only available during banking hours. Imagine my surprise when i go to the bank to correct the error and they tell me it can take up to 10 business days. Their story being that they do not handle their atms loomis armored cars does. No credit was made to my account creating issues being as the deposit was made to fund upcoming transactions. As a customer i have no recourse but to file a claim and wait until they're weekly loomis truck visit and once they figure it out my situation will be resolved. Still waiting. Our only recourse now will be legal action. How is a bank not accountable for the funds that are put into their atm. They have camara footage of the transaction they just have decided to drag it out as long as possible. Shame on them!

My first experience with Regions bank was when I first moved to Florida in 2006 at one of their many Clearwater branches. I choose to bank with Regions because my family had been using them as well. I opened a checking and saving account. Soon after I made a automobile purchase and the loan officer explained any and all options that had. I have never felt any pressures from any branch or individual at any time. I did take out a loan with them and never had an issues. One of the advantages that I take full advantage of is their option to deposit money at the ATM. It accepts checks or cash. They have branches everywhere, another plus and their customer service is among the top. I 've had many types of accounts by this stage in my life and always feel that I am getting the best rates and bang for my buck!

I've found all of the Regions Banks in that I've been to in the Tampa area, and that's quite a few, to be excellent. What really sets these guys apart is a consistently great attitude and personal approach. Not only do they remember your name after just a few visits, but those visits are always productive. Here are a few examples: one of my daughters was about to travel over seas at length and they helped arrange the ability for me to help handle her finances. We were surprised at some of the fees that we found on a home equity line and they spent quite a bit of time with us understanding how to avoid them and getting the waived this first time. My other daughter opened an account and got a lengthy tutorial on how to set up her debit card, savings and checking accounts to avoid the minimize fees. AND they do all of this with a smile! Thank you Scott and everyone at the Kennedy Blvd Regions!
