They will say anything to try to complete a transaction and then read the documentation carefully because their documentation they show you electronically isn't always what they verbally tell you. Beware of this dealership and the owners who own other dealerships also

I requested a detailed O-T-D on a Lexus hybrid and received a responseshortly thereafter. Unfortunately , the price sheet showed add-ons of $1,624.I questioned the legitimacy of these unscrupulous fees , as per the FTC andJafar , a manager refused to budge , even though I had mentioned twice that I had a Florida tag to transfer. On a brighter note, using Email and requestinginformation, saved me an expensive and wasteful trip to the dealership.

I went to two other dealerships to buy out my Mazda lease and they wanted to add additional fees. I called Westshore and Manny gave me the payoff over the phone. I was a little skeptical considering the other two had added the fees. I went there and met Manny who turned me over to Jose. Both of these guys were very professional and stuck to the amount given on the phone. I'm happy to report that at least one out of three stood behind their word and I was in and out pretty quickly with no additional sales pitch of any kind. Thank you Manny and Jose for a great experience!

On 8/9/23, I negotiated with Manny and Cody to purchase the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander for $27,990. I gave Westshore Mazda a deposit for the vehicle. On the same day, Joey P. provided the DMV Title and Buyers Orders form. One day later I called to receive additional information and was informed that they sold the vehicle. Without the courtesy of a call or text, they voided our verbal and written agreements. In this transaction with me, Westshore demonstrated a lack of integrity, poor communication and service, and unethical standards. Jaffar's cavalier response to my inquiries was also disappointing. I only hope the dealership demonstrates better service and accountability with others going forward.

The entire team of professionals at Westshore Mazda, Jacob, my sales representative, Ashley, and Johnathan, along with Abdul, the Finance Manager, made my buying experience, stress-free, the majority conducted via phone and internet, their assessing my buying needs from the car type, features I wanted, understanding my financing needs, made for a painless, buying experience of my dream car, a Mazda Miata. I highly recommend you make your purchase at Westshore Mazda. The staff listen, display empathy, act with professionalism, are courteous, and trustworthy. My Miata, is my new luxury toy! Note, this review is for the service department only. I've not had any experience with the sales side of the dealership.I brought my car here to have a recall item fixed. The running lights on my CX-5 no longer worked due to a bad gasket in the headlight assembly. I made my appointment online and the next day someone from the dealership called me to confirm it. I brought my car in at the appointed time, where they gave me an estimate of 2 hours to do the replacement. 90 minutes later, I was out the door.During my stay, I got to sit in a comfy chair, with free wifi, free coffee, and a pleasant conversation with the service technician who didn't have anything to do at that moment. The staff made me feel welcomed, and I didn't run into any weirdness with salespeople coming into the service area trying to come up with new sales leads. It was great honestly. This has to be the worst dealership. My myself and best friend/brother are buying the EXACT same car. I live in Atlanta and him in Charlotte, he was able to come down before me and get his car, got his car no problem. I contacted the person that sold him his car, she gave me the same deal for EXACT same car. We scheduled a date to come pick up, perfect. We reviewed the price, trim and interior color and she verified all of that information and the pick up date. Perfect. I drove 9 hours to come to Tampa to trade my car in and pick up my new car.Get to the dealership and they don't have my car. They decided to sell it. No one called to advise me with that information. Instead they literally had me drive from Georgia to Tampa, knowing you didn't have my car, so that they can try to sell a different car, then they tried to sell me the same style but one year older and with 12,000 miles on it. They knew they did not have the car and no one informed me. Until they drove the car around and I said that is not my car. They tried to sell me 3 different cars, they said when take 750 off. No thank you. You actually want me to pay for a car that I didn't even want. I met Jaylen once I arrived. Definitely work with him instead of Lauren and anyone she worked with.I ended up getting the same deal at Daytona Mazda instead, after driving an additional 2.5 hours to get there. Daytona Mazda stayed open until I arrived. If in the Florida looking for a Mazda go to Daytona Mazda ask for Popeyes.
