My daughter and I had such a great visit to this store. Sarah, a special thank you...we loved learning about and sampling the high quality coffee machines. Fabulous store, great layout, super approachable and friendly staff.

If I could go negative, I would as the location at Tampa’s International Plaza was pathetic. They embarrassed my sister, they were rude taking an order, did not use the information provided and when she shared it was wrong they said it could not be corrected. What kind of service is this? When did employees start making judgment calls on customers? She cancelled the $3k plus order. I will NEVER EVER shop there again. A simple gesture of using the information the customer provided was all that was needed. This store failed miserably. Shame on Williams-Sonoma.

Really rude employees, did not help at all even when requested, were making fun of my mother. We took our money elsewhere. We will never go back and we will tell everyone not to shop there so that is a good 20-30 years of no business from our family. The company really needs to learn how to serve customers. Maybe try the Disney Institute for customer service!

Interested in buying a Phillips coffee machine. Competitor had it on sale. Williams Sonoma would not match said only against Amazon and a very short list of retail competitors.

Terrible customer service. The staff act like they’re too good to be working here and can’t be bothered to help. I asked a simple question, and the response was dismissive and condescending, like I should already know the answer. Will be shopping online moving forward.

The products are great, but more and more the continued lack of good service makes me want to purchase my items online.
It used to be fun going in, seeing what new products were available and being able to ask employees for recommendations, but not anymore.
The last employee that helped me was in a big rush when checking me out and answering my questions, couldn't even bother to make eye contact when talking to me.
There wasn't even a line behind me, she was just rude.

Every time I go, they never have the product in the store, but they say they can order it for me. I can do that myself from my home. I really like the products they carry I just wish they carried them in their store.

Brought this online, the box was dented on the outside, the inside had no protection at all. The toaster itself was also broken, the entire handle was broken, most likely because they dropped it. Returned it to the Tampa International Mall Williams Sonoma after a 40 minute drive, had to carry the heavy box across the entire mall until my arms ached. There was a young man who “helped” me after I explained the entire situation about the delivery and me having to bring it back. This man never apologized about anything, whether or not it was the delivery persons fault that the box was dented or the store themself, danced to the stores music the whole time and tried to get me to buy another toaster. I asked to see the manager as this clumsy person CLEARY could not care any less, turns out that he is the manager by some miracle! I thoroughly explained to him why I brought their product back and all he did was try to accommodate me other products without EVER apologizing on the stores behalf. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer “service” if you could even call it a service.

Visited the William Sonoma store in the international mall Tampa Florida; the store was busy, employees were helpful & knowledgeable. While waiting in line to pay for my items, one of the employees saw me waiting - she walked over to the register, while another man walked up to another line. When she asked for the next in line I walked over placed my items down, she said “I’m told he’s next”. Wouldn’t it have been easier to let the man know “sir, I’ll be with you in a moment- sorry for the wait” why bring embarrassment or disagreement among paying customers? (I mean the sales lady doesn’t know that I traveled over an hour to look at dishes and expresso machines!) Customer service training is lacking in most stores but it should be a priority when making a purchase that could have been ordered online- whether it’s an $1,000. Expresso machine Or a $7.00 jelly jar! Customer service, good manners, a smile and curtesy should be expected.

This is the 3rd time I purchased a coffee maker from here, and it is broken. Don't bother buying high-end products from ANY WS as they damage their products before selling.
