We order food at Citrus Park Mall location all we got lots of Rice few pieces of Cabbage and few very small tiny pieces of Chicken ... We ended eating Rice ??

After being a customer for 32 years, I have to say, after my experience you have lost a loyal customer, due to your customer service or should I say lack of customer service at your establishment at Address: 1727 W. Fletcher Ave Tampa, FL 33612. Phone number: (813) 264-4100. I wrote this review the night it happened on Friday, 7/2/21. Let me tell you about my experience on Friday, 7/2/21. I ordered online at 7:45pm- The Edge pizza, an order of breadsticks, and an extra marinara sauce. I was expecting a 45 - 55 minute wait. No problem I get it, it's Friday night and along with a lack of employees for all restaurants currently, I expected a long wait time. 9:30 pm comes around still no sign of delivery. At 9:58pm, I decided to call to know the status of my delivery since you close at 10pm. I waited on the phone for the next "Customer Service Representative" to answer. Eventually someone answered my call 4 minutes later. Her name was Amanda. She asked for my phone number. I gave her my phone number, then she hung up on me. So I called back at 10:02pm, instead of waiting for 5 minutes like the first call, someone answered the phone very agitated "Pizza Hut". I asked if this was Amanda. She said no, I'm not Amanda, I'm the manager, we are closed. I asked the rude person on the other end, Is this Pizza Hut? She said yes but we are closed. I tried telling her that I was on the phone with Amanda and she hung up on me and I was just checking on... before I could finish my sentence, this person hung up on me too. So I called back at 10:03pm. The same person answered the phone rudely, "Pizza Hut". I asked her what her name was and she refused to give me her name. I told her how unprofessional she was being when I was simply calling to check on the status of my delivery. She said my order was on its way out. I told her that waiting for a delivery for over 2 hours was unacceptable let alone hanging up on the customer 2x was very unprofessional. She said she can because they were closed. The only words she knew at that point was "We are closed", which she said multiple times then she hung up on me again. At 10:10pm my delivery showed up. David, the driver, who has delivered to my home numerous times over the months. A very nice guy. He apologized to me more than the 2 ladies I spoke with on the phone, who both hung up on me. I asked him what the manager's name was and explained my experience up to this point. He said Tiki. I asked him does he also work with Amanda. He said yes she is a driver. He gave me a receipt with a code for being late- Ticket # 86 /I, Time Due 8:35pm. So I patiently waited for my food 1 hour and 40 minutes past the expected time of delivery let alone in total of 2 hours and 25 minutes. Spent almost $30 to be hung up on a total of 3x- 1x by Amanda, the driver, and 2x by Tiki, the manager. I'm the most patient person when it comes to restaurants because I have worked customer service for over 24 years let alone 13 years of my life was in the restaurant industry. I am completely appalled by Tiki and Amanda's lack of customer service. David should take over Tiki's position as manager because he showed more sympathy and compassion for the situation. He apologized for being late since he was the only driver which I completely understand, that is not his fault. He also apologized for the behavior of your manager, Tiki, and driver, Amanda. With all that being said. It is now 11:15 pm. I have wasted over an hour of my time, typing up this complaint let alone over 3 hours dealing with this situation. I wasn't mad about the food being late. What bothered me is how Tiki's and Amanda's behavior towards me as the customer, someone who pays their bills, along with other people who choose Pizza Hut over your competitors, to be treated in such a horrible way. After tonight's dilemma, I will never order again from your establishment due to the reasons stated above. I wanted to let someone know where your customer service is lacking and

I will never order from Pizza Hut and this location ever again, the customer service is non existent here or up the ladder in corporate for this chain. I had a terrible experience trying to order a pizza on the phone the employee didn't know how to take the order the manager didn't want to hear about it and hung up on me. Then it took 2 weeks and 6 emails for Craig the district manager to call me just to basically do the same. Get me off the phone as fast as he can and not listen to my customer service issues he offered what can he do I don't want a free pizza I don't want $5.00 I want customer service. But their culture is apparent try to get rid of complaints ASAP with free food and not respond to instructional criticism because they don't want to hear it. Just go get a new customer instead of keeping the one they already have. POOR MANAGEMENT STYLE AND EXPERIENCE HERE! Let's try Mario's pizza next time

Honestly I wouldn’t go here I called 15 minutes ahead and I got to the store first I didn’t get to speak to anyone for about more than 30 minutes and they didn’t even have my food ready wouldn’t recommend

I wish I could give this place negative stars. This is 100% the absolute worst pizza experience of my entire life. Please save your money and time and skip this poor excuse for a restaurant. I order something so simple a monkey could make it. Cheese pizza.... But somehow I got delivered a bbq pork pizza... I don't f****** eat flesh so I definitely threw this mistake away and called them so they could make their mistake right. After telling the nimrod about his mistake he agreed that it was his fault but basically said"oh well bye". I called the store manager and she said she wouldn't deliver it but reluctantly said she could remake it & I could come pick it up. When I got there they handed me the most pathetic excuse for pizza I have ever laid my eyes upon. This pizza made microwave pizza look like the food of Kings. There was not a drop of sauce and the crust wasn't cooked.... night was ruined.

They lied about how the driver dropped the pizza and then told his manager that it was our fault and the pizza blew over (when there was no wind). When we called about it we were left on hold twice, and the manager didn't offer us anything until we said something. Then we had to wait another 30 mins for our pizza.

All right here we go, I have been to this location many times and for the most part it has always been satisfactory except for one time prior and the manager was so wonderful that she actually delivered the replacement pizza herself. This time unfortunately they fell very short in customer service and quality of the product. I had ordered a thin crust medium chicken, extra cheese, mushrooms, black olives and red onion, only to find a scantily topped dry piece of cardboard. The second pizza we ordered was also a medium pan crust pepperoni with jalapeño, it turned out just OK. Now the worst part here is we walked in with $100 bill not realizing they were not able to break it. OK, that's totally acceptable however the young man behind the counter with what my son refers to as a neck beard was extremely rude sending him out to shop for change. I can deal with that however his attitude I cannot. After going to several stores to break the $100 bill and having to purchase items we really did not need in order to have the 20.00+ in change, upon returning to the store this same young man behind the counter was even more ridiculously rude than he was the first time. We told him that we had to go to several stores to make change just to pay for the order and his comment was, "oh well, and"? Luckily my son was in a decent mood or he would've snatched him up from behind the counter, he has zero tolerance for anybody that is disrespectful to his disabled mother. So thus far, we have subpar pizza that was non inclusive of toppings I had paid for and extremely poor customer service. I don't know what's happened to this store as in the past it was really pretty good, whether it's a change in management or if it's a franchise, I'm not quite sure. Corporate needs to be made aware of their lack of professionalism and poor performance as far as food preparation. I do plan on posting this to my blog.

Absolutely one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to. If it hadn't been so late and we were not pressed for time, we would have gone elsewhere. Trash bins were full with boxes stacked on top. The floor was littered with trash and pizza sauce.

Placed an order online for a Large pizza for pickup. Arrived within 15 minutes, paid, and was told the order was still in the oven. Another 10 minutes pass and someone else comes to the lobby to say there has been a mix up and they're out of Large pans. Wait. Pizza Hut on a Sunday night is out of pizza pans? This was my first order at this location and will be my last. Crew seems very inept and I'm not even looking towards the pizza once the medium substations are ready. Been another 30 minutes waiting on those....

I had a great customer service experience with the staff tonight at Pizza Hut/Wingsteeet. The associate(Jalena) who helped me was very courteous and respectful. Just because of this experience i would recommend to my friends.l and return for food. Really impressed.
