Store has moved to self-checkout only. I went through a full cart solo, and will never do that again. Their competitor just down Dale Mabry still has a register open for their last several hours. Unless you're out in the day time, steer clear of this store. They've cut too many corners.

Dirty , meat and other items sold way beyond sell by date, location of items moved frequently so searching for a familiar item becomes an Easter egg hunt , ask stocking personal why and they respond that's just the way the d*** A**manager wants it done. Only go there because I'm handicapped, it's close, don't drive and have to rely on others. Don't know how they stay in business . Maybe not much longer?

Out of all people the manager is the worst . Tall older man who always wears a white shirt i believe his name is dave. I have had two occasions that i had to come to customer service for and he was involed. They were not big at all and me being a woman who works in customer service i am so patient/nice and even applogized many times for seeming bothersome incase I was or even if i wasnt . And he just had a sacastic tone and a non willingness to help . You would think that would come from the cashiers/regular staff but nope it came from the higher up. Very disappointed and will shop at a winn dixie location by my job instead of this one !

Everyone that I come across at this location is always so helpful and nice. We have multiple grocery stores around here but I always tend to go back to this one for the neighborhood feel.

In one word... Horrible! We just moved here from Michigan and my wife thought she found her new place to buy groceries. That will not be happening. The guy at the register messed up on the charge and had to recharge her, but the money that was initially charged was taken off the card, so she didn't have enough money to charge it again. So she asked for a Manager and DAVE came over. DAVE needs some serious classes in hospitality! He basically informed my wife that there was nothing he could do for her and gave her the boot. My wife called customer service when she got home and TJ wasn't any better. When dealing with a complaint about your company messing up, it is your duty as customer service to not talk down and make excuses, but assist the customer in the best way possible to make sure you don't lose that customer. My wife has worked retail for 10 years and I work in Human Resources, so I'd like to think we are qualified enough to pass judgement on such a ludicrous situation. If DAVE or TJ worked for my company, they would be facing some major discipline. We are both shocked by the way she was treated and we really hope Winn-Dixie doesn't tolerate this behavior from the rest of their staff. Too late for these two customers, we will be happy to take our money and spend it at a place that appreciates our business.

This was our grocery store on vacation. Red Box multiple times. Got sunscreen, drinks, and snacks for the beach. Staff was good and store appeared newer and clean.
