Fresco y Más is a grocery store where the quality and service have changed in recent months. The produce and meat section quality has declined, and the produce is hit or miss. The freezer section is often empty or broken. The fish department requires a long wait. While some staff are very friendly and helpful, others provide bad attention and are poorly educated. Checkout can take forever with only one or two lanes open. The deli department, however, still feels good with excellent employee attention. The place has cleaned up, though the floors and carpets could use more cleaning. Customers can buy good food here, but the experience is inconsistent.
