Stay away from this place. Dishonest people who treat their customers like garbage. I ordered headlight bulbs from them and was told they will get delivered next day because they come from Tampa. 5 days later still no bulbs and no indication on when they'll arrive. I had to leave for a cross country trip and couldn't wait on it any longer so had to cancel the order. Steve told me it would be 3-5 business days for refund to arrive. I said no problem and thought that would be the end of it. Well, THREE WEEKS and multiple times following up with Steve and I still don't have my refund despite Steve telling me every time I called that he's going to follow up with "accounting". Last time I called, Steve started to renege on his earlier multiple promises that I will get a refund and tried to now say that "it's a special order", which is a total lie. I spent over $4000 with these guys between my two cars at this point and this is how they treat their customers. I know have to spend my time taking this guy to court to return my hard-earned money. There are plenty of stereo shops out there. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I'm leaving the shop after my third attempt to pick up my car. I originally brought my car in to fix radio wiring issues. Once I picked it up the audio was partially fixed but not completely, and we left it again for them to fix. They recommended a new wiring unit, so I purchased one for just under $200. Second attempt to pick up my car, the audio had different sound issues and my mic was not working for calls. At this point, I've spent $470 and have more issues than before. We take it back. Third attempt to pick up. The audio is working but the chime module has a static/fuzz noise. The noise goes up in pitch when the engine is revved. They tell me thats just how the company makes their chime modules...clearly not true. Also, my radio shuts off mid-drive now on occasion.

Had my tints, LEDs, and train horns done on my suv then took my wife’s car there for tints because they did an awesome job. Great staff and the owner bill is a stand up guy. Will be returning for more work to my suv and any other vehicles I get in the future.

Late review, but we were just talking about projects we've had done on our house that actually went well and remembered our TV room surround-sound system installation which A&B did 10 years ago! It sounds great and has worked perfectly for 10 years of daily use, knock on wood. The professional team did the ceiling wiring in tight sweaty attic quarters, hid the wires in the wall, showed us how to use the system, etc. Very few of the household improvement projects that we've embarked upon the past 10 years have gone as well as this upgrade, highly recommend A&B.

There is absolutely no way I can avoid placing a review for my last experience with A and B audio. To start, Steve is the man! And not too mention Santiago who executed his skillsets perfectly on my tonneau cover for my Jeep Gladiator. This was no easy task as I've been to three other places to get a cover for my jeep. The problem wasn't the cover, it was trying to install one without removing my Chase rack (light bar). In my opinion, this bar changes the entire look of my Jeep Gladiator and I wasn't about to remove it just to have a tonneau cover. The other places turned me away, and said it can't be done,but not Steve, and not A and B. Now it did take 3 or 4 trips to get this figured out until they found the perfect cover with the perfect fit. For anyone complaining about 4 hour installs lasting 6,7, or 9 hours,so what. Make arrangements, expect the worst-case scenario, but most of all,be PATIENT! It's your vehicle that you're pouring hundreds if not thousands of dollars into, don't you want it done right? I can't say enough good things about that place, the crew,and their unwillingness to give up. Thank you A and B audio, I'll be back and I've already sent some other people your way.

Ordered some items back in January, still have not received full order, excuses after excuses, not sure if it is this company or the company where they ordered the items. But I will not be ordering anything from this location again

Had an install in my Sierra that was garbage and without hesitation they were able to accommodate me right then and my truck was done before the end of the day. Always quality work. There’s a reason I keep coming back to these guys. A+ fellas

I called and discussed some audio equipment I had and from the moment my call was answered to the moment we finished our conversation the guys were perfectly respectable and informative. I will definitely bring my new car here for its system

Absolutely horrible customer service.My appointment was for 9AM. I showed up at 8:45AM and didnt see a sign of life until I called the place at 9AM. The worker who answered the phone said "The front door isnt open?", and I replied "No. I'm standing outside and the shutters are still down. I was instructed to be here 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 9AM." He said "whoops, sorry. I'll open it." No big deal.I then proceeded to drop off my vehicle at the agreed upon scheduled time, 9AM . Was then told by Steve that it would take 4 hours. I was shocked because originally I was told 45 min to 1 hour by a third party source, but whatever. Probably a miscommunication, no biggie. I had to have the work done. I thanked him and apologized for my shocked disdain, as it was a surprise to me and I had to take care of my two kids. Thankfully I had a family friend who was able to pick me up so I could go home and watch the kids while my wife went to work.I called at 3PM, 6 hours after the fact, and Steve picked up. His response was "Oh yeah, he told you it would take til the end of day when you handed him the keys." which NO ONE told me nor notified me of, and I handed HIM the keys! I said "No one said that to me at all... but wait, you told me it would take 4 hours?" to which his response was "Yeah, exactly. INSTALLATION takes 4 hours. It should be done before the end of day." I was at a loss of words and felt helpless. There was nothing I could do. Thank God my mother was available, otherwise I don't know how I would have gotten back to their shop at 6PM, as now this "4 hour installation" has turned into a 9 HOUR INSTALLATION. That's not even the worst part....So my mother took me and my kids over there around 5:40pm. I walked in, Steve looked at me, and continued to talk to his coworkers. After about 6 minutes standing there, he finally used me to come to the counter to finalize & pay for the service. The only thing I say to him is "Why didn't you call me to tell me this was finished?" which he responded with "Oh, well we just completed like 10 minutes ago and we're about to call you." I couldn't believe it. And I realized why he waited, because after I got my receipt, I read that the shop would have charged me $35 a day for them storing my vehicle after hours. Had I waited for him to call me and not just shown up 20 min before they closed, they would have charged me more money.I will never use this place again. People please beware.

Top notch. Was referred to them by a friend. Did not disappoint. They really went above and beyond to help me solve my car audio issues. I don't typically recommend but in this case absolutely!

These guys are absolutely awesome. Have had three vehicles serviced through this company and every time it is a work of art . Steve, the manager up front is great. My most recent service with the alarm as well as the music installation and the interior lighting absolutely 100% professional. I strongly recommend these guys over anyone in the Pasco Pinellas County area for audio window tinting and any mobile needs out there..

I see some bad reviews on here and I cannot speak on those situations. But as for me I enjoyed my experience here and felt they were honest. I am a young woman and I’m so used to car guys trying to take advantage of my limited car knowledge. I went in thinking I needed new speakers and was ready to shell out the $500. But I also wanted them to double check the wiring because I knew there was a small chance it was something minor. But I don’t know what wiring looks like ya know? So rather than take advantage and lie to me to sell me new speakers. They called me back an hr later and were like “it was a loose wire, the speakers are working again” I drive a 20 year old car so grantid my audio will never sound amazing but they made it sound better than before the wire went loose and only charged me $100. The guy at the desk was really nice too. I will come back again when I need more audio stuff done :)

Purchased there 5 times over the last 6 years. Six years ago, $1500 purchase, excellent service, great work, awesome people. Gotten progressively worse over the years. Most recent was a few months ago. Attitude and service was lousy, won't be back.

I didn't buy anything. The man behind the counter took a lot of time with me and was honest about what I needed, which he did not have in stock. (My impatient self wanted in now.) He could have just as easily sold me what he did have on hand. This experience tells me everything I need to know about his ethics. Thank you, sir!

Had my friend order an amplifier and speakers. Everything showed up on time except they ordered wrong amplifier. Told them we had an event coming up and needed it ASAP, they assured it would come on time. We were told it was shipped like 5 times just to find out it was backordered weeks later, a few days before the event. They told us it would take 2-3 days but they would try to overnight it, told us they had no tracking number. They made a mistake and made the absolute minimum effort to fix it. We would've split overnight shipping or just paid for it outright. Just straight excuses. Won't ever be back nor would recommend to anyone else. Could've gotten same stuff in two days from Crutchfield, with a tracking number, took them almost a month. I've worked in retail and I know the lengths decent deal makers will go to keep good customers and A&B ain't it.
