Manager Maria along with Neil were able to help me resolve the issue I had last weekend...
Very frustrated with the floor manager this Sunday evening who continued to insist that she helped me a few days prior when in fact, she did not. No matter how many times I told her she was mistaken, she continued to contradict me. Plus, the fact that your system can't look up an order by a member's phone number is absurd. Wasted a lot of time for nothing but frustration.

I bought paving sand. It was advertised online at $3.50 a bag, but it rang up at $7.99. The cashier was very friendly and did a price correction so I could get it at the advertised price. I was very happy.

THE BEST & AMAZING ????? Customer service from LAURA, MATT, ALEX & JOHN. First Craftsman Cordless Blower a dud, second a dud, a third, yes a dud. These four were relentless on making me happy so they sent me home with an even swap for a much better quality blower and me extremely happy. Thank you guys. The owner should be proud of his team. I’m a lifetime customer. TELL EM, BIG AL SENT YA ?

I purchased a grill that Vision Ace assembled/delivered within 1 day (free). After having problems getting it to light, Matt came (1 day later) and determined the tank wasn't connected correctly (my error), he corrected and tested. I greatly appreciate the warm friendly customer service, they truly care.
