AdventHealth North Pinellas has helped my family multiple times. Between the ER Dr. Barquin sewing my daughters toes back on after a terrible accident when they don’t even have a Pediatric department, and after healing you can’t even tell they were hurt, to the Cardiologist Dr. Botnaru listening to me and believing that I knew my body, willingly being a second option to a previous Cardiologist claiming I simply had GERD because the tests weren’t making sense for what I was feeling with no previous history of heart issues at 39yrs old, and instead of pushing me out the door like the other Dr wanted to, doing a heart Cath procedure which showed heart birth defects I never knew I had, thus getting me back on my feet and getting me the meds needed to be okay again.The Tele floor staff to include manager Thomas, Charge Nurse Jackie, Nurse Alexandria, Nurse Colleen, Charge Nurse Kali-Sue, Nurse Kat and Tech Elena.. there were so many more but these individuals really stood out in my mind.. they were all so much help in guiding me through my newly discovered heart issues, all sat with me when I was emotional and truly made me feel like I was an important individual, not simply a number. They went out of their way to ensure I was able to process these feelings, that I understood what exactly I was headed into, and made sure I was supported during a very frightening time.Their staff is amazing and attentive. They treated us like family, and we will be forever grateful for their service to our community. From the ER department to Radiology, Cardiology and the Tele floor, they have exceeded all expectations, time and time again.Thank you to the staff and administrators for all the hard work and dedication. Because of the responsive environment we’ve received at every level, we will continue to utilize them for all future emergency healthcare needs and will continue to refer them as a go-to facility for our family and friends.If I could give 100 stars I most definitely would ?

Very nice people in the emergency room. They were fun so the pain isn't as bad. The 2 amazing people in ambulance were great people. They all made it not so bad in a bad situation. Thank you..

Àlthough ER was busy, and I was seen right away it was treated very quickly. They diagnosed my problem and give me a pedication on the spot to relieve my pain. Can't say too much good for the service I had. I will use them again in the future hopefully not too soon.

I had many poor health issues hitting me at once that I actually was in fear of my health and even life. But the staff of advent health went above and beyond to comfort me and treat my illness over the couple weeks I was admitted, great knowledgeable staff and clean environment. -Kostas

I was seen by ER staff within 10 minutes of arrival. Staff were all very professional, courteous, and mostly friendly -- not my ER past experiences elsewhere. I was taken to an exam curtained area, quickly assessed, and testing for flu/Covid/pneumonia ensued. An initial chat x-ray was followed up quickly with a chest cat scan. Given antibiotics IV, given several scripts and discharged. My only surprise - I wasn't asked what meds I am on. Surely an accidental omission.
