“After being entirely displaced by Hurricane Idalia, I was at a lost finding an affordable and safe new home. I walked into Riverside Apartments Leasing Office and a sudden peace came over me. I felt safe and I felt hope. The leasing consultant was Tya she was amazing. She explained the process, the requirements and the expectations of Riverside. She showed me a model home and took the time to not only listen but answer so many of my questions. My experience has been nothing less than excellence at the core with this amazing lady. Two weeks later, I am a new resident of Riverside. The condition of the apt was above standards. It was clean and all I had hoped for. Kudos to Maintenance for presenting a new place of residence with such dignity.Overall, the process was easy because Tya made it uncomplicated.
