Placed an order on Dec 11th. Coming up to a month later and it still hasn't arrived.For the last 5 days straight the tracking says delivery tomorrow but it's never happened.Delivery estimate has long passed. B-21 say it's "an estimate" aka. this is my issue and they have refused to help me at all.STRONG AVOID. This store is not set up to effectively deliver orders and provide customer service.Not even an apology from this store, says it all really!

You should definitely have no reservations about ordering from here. Pretty good pricing on a decent selection of wines. I was skeptical about ordering some relatively higher priced wines ($50-100) from an online retailer and shipping it essentially across the country--looks like they are based out of Florida and im in CT. Took about 1 week to get 8 bottles to me, got auto e-mail updates from them, and wines just got in today, all perfectly intact and just as ordered. Only minor complaint about them is their website could use some formatting--it can be a little weird to navigate, but I was ordering from my phone, not sure if on an actual computer the layout would be less buggy.

They had the exact bottle of high end wine I wanted to send as a birthday gift to an old friend. But it took five days to arrive at a Tampa address just 30 miles from the store. Not a misprint, five days. Do you really think I will attempt to send a gift from this wine retailer again?

I placed my order online because of a certain wine they carried. Then I started reading their reviews and saw some pretty nasty ones, I got scared! Let me tell you all right now, this company came thru with flying colors! No problem with my order & no problem with delivery, in fact it came earlier than expected. Yes communication is thru their website / email, and they addressed and answered any concerns within a 24 he period. I would definitely order from them again! Thank you B21 for making me a happy customer

Poor - promised me 6 bottles of wine on-line - website mentioned that 57 bottles were in stock. Told me that my wine was out of stock - however, when I go to the website, there are still 3 bottles available but at double the price I paid! Will never do business with these crooks again!

Thank you for not being a price vulture like all this other liquors stores marking up the price 300% on hard to find liquor…this is the only liquor store that I buy from online if they were closer and not 300 miles away I will buy from them all time…thank you I got my fortaleza tequila delivered today…other liquors stores get with the program or costco and total wine is going to put you out of business

What a great independent shop. They are one of the few independent stores that has a great online store and you can pickup your order there which is a must for me. When I was there recently it seemed that a lot of the stuff they have is in the warehouse and the store staff has access to the warehouse so if they don’t have in the store, they can just go next door to the warehouse and get it. I wish it was closer to me.

Very nice store .. but so much wine over packed with it .u can't really get around with cart.. that's very inconvenient no room to walk around with out running into bottle's of wine .. please remember the other people in yr store.

They have a huge selection and good prices. We were looking for Pumpkin Spice Rum Chata and after looking at three other liquor stores we finally found it there.

I really dislike writing negative reviews, but important info for those considering a purchase from their online store. I bought a bottle of wine that was shipped in 100+ temperatures and took 11 days to arrive. By the time I opened up, the wine had gone bad. I am not certain if it was the transport, the prior storage or something else. I tried to fix this with their customer service team who lacked empathy and gave me the run around. Overall a negative experience. But perhaps experience in store is better and their pricing is competitive.

Had a bottle of wine at dinner in my local area and it was one of the best wines I’ve had in a while. Saw that bottles weren’t readily available to purchase near me and saw it was available on B-21’s website. Great pricing, shipping was fast and the bottles were packaged well! Will definitely be using B-21 for all my wine needs, thank you all so much!

I went in for the first time recently overwhelmed trying to find specific brands I was looking for. Debbie was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me find what I was looking for. I went in a few days later and Amy was there this time to help me find what I was looking for. This made for a smooth process and I was in an out. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

These guys are legit. You just have to allow for the extra shipping time if you're not in a nearby state. If you are in a difficult-to-ship-to state, like I am, (my state is weird about where alcohol can be shipped from) they have to put the shipment on a truck, then truck it to a state that can ship to your state more readily, and then it gets shipped to you from there via UPS. That extra trucking time can add an extra 7 to 10 days, but their prices really can't be beat and I can vouch for them now because I just received six bottles of champagne that's very hard to get where I live. From order to receipt was about 16 days. This checks out because UPS ground is the last leg and it takes 3 to 5 business days, and you add another 7 to 10 days for private carrier in front of that because they can't just ship one box at a time, they need to ship several boxes at once be a freight to make it cost effective. I'm going to gladly order from them again.
