Rod Geiger, CSA at the Tarpon branch, was a phenomenal help to me. I am a victim of Hurricane Helene and lost everything and in dire need of advice. He sat with me for 2 hrs. Helping me with financial advice, how to do online banking, and even sat with me through another excruciating FEMA phone call. Very kind, professional and patient. He is my hero of the day and I highly respect.him and.recommend his valuable services as a knowledgeable professional and wonderful human being.

Went in to make a wire transfer as it would not work on my phone, two people sitting down waiting, one had been waiting over an hour, the other had an appointment and had been waiting a half hour...so far.
No one came and greeted us, no where to sign in, it was not busy at all, I walked out, disgusting so called service!

Absolutely terrible Customer Service did not care to try to help resolve a problem on any level just had the attitude of - “that’s our policy. Take it or leave it. We don’t care go away.”

Inattentive and inconsiderate I came in around closing there were 4 people in line and no one at the counter when a banker came to the front he was rude and rushed us along

I love this bank
So lost when they closed down during covid

They always treated me wonderfully. There’s an Egyptian gorgeous lady, I don’t remember her name, she is outstanding! Sorry others didn’t have the same experience. I have nothing but good to say about this branch. I don’t like BofA, but the workers in this branch are wonderful.
