“I discovered this mom and pop about a year ago. The cuts of meat are beautiful. The sandwiches are delicious! Marie and Megan will make it your way, but their staple sandwiches on the menu are yummy just the way they are. (The bread....yum).They carry rubs and sauces, jams and soups. They have hard to find meats (bison and alligator and other such meats).They carry local company's products.It is a well rounded butcher shop and more. I try to go at least once a week for a sandwich. I highly recommend coming here for sandwiches and all your butcher needs.”
