Cvs at E Tarpon Rd is the worst pharmacist thinks he should over ride doctors he is inconsiderate when we had a hurricane coming and had to evacuate. The employees are rude abd unhelpful .

After an unpleasant experience with another CVS, I had decided to stop using them. As it turned out I ended up at the minute clinic at the cvs pharmacy in Tarpon Springs, Florida the next day. They were everything and then some that the previous location was not! Incredibly helpful, kind and considerate as well as fast and efficient. They are now my new go to, even thought they are 2 towns away! Kudos and so much more to the front end that greeted and assisted me upon my arrival, the staff picking up and straightening as I walked through the store, the minute clinic staff who were fast efficient, knowledgeable and caring and lastly to the pharmacy staff who moved like lightening and filled my scripts efficiently. My visit to Tarpon Springs CVS was flawless!

They ALWAYS care and are helpful to me if there is anything that needs to be explained to me between all the meds I take. The pharmacist even CALLED me on my phone to make sure I understood the instructions as how to space my 2-3 meds apart. I mean...that's just pure concern & caring! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Been going to the same CVS Pharmacy for over 15 years now and will continue to do so! :)

Finally, I found a CVS pharmacy near my new home, in Tarpon Springs, Fl. that would accept me as a new patient with all my 13 medications transferred at once. The pharmacist said that from now on, they will be filled in my new location with no problems, except a new prior authorization form to be filled out every 3 months according to CVS pharmacy. The prior authorization form that was completed in January was only good for 3 months?

The pharmacy techs at the CVS near me are always pleasant and helpful. They are also courteous, which is often lacking at other pharmacies.

Don't go here I'm disabled went to register stood there cashier just stayed staring at her phone went to self checking out it froze up at this point I give up went to walk put cashiervran over just to give me an attitude I said she could have helped me when i was standing at register watching her on her phone she yelled at me to leave won't be going back to tarpon springs cvs

Being unable to speak with the pharmacy and having to leave a voice-mail is the stupidest thing ever. I called earlier this week and said "hey this is Angela Stier (DOB) I know my insurance isn't covering this (insert brand name medication), I can't wait any longer so please go ahead and fill it and I will cash pay it. Please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX with any questions"I sent my boyfriend to go pick it up and he calls me and says "they didn't fill it because insurance isn't covering it...". What is the point of the voice-mail system then? So patients think their needs are being taken care of and come up there to nothing being done or ready? With no missed calls, voice-mails or texts specifying otherwise.Please let me speak to a human again or improve the system as this is highly ineffective and has wasted multiple people's time.

Not sure what's happening with CVS but maybe more training for pharmacy. Issues filling Issues transferring to another pharmacy!Rude and overly aggressive.2 hours wait for meds following a surgery procedure.
