Do NOT Go there. I am shocked how rude they are! Just moved here and Lady was so mean to me on a phone that it made me cry. Nobody ever talk to me like this before on my life. When my husband called to figure out she hang out oh him too so he had to go in the store to talk to her and she still was loud and mean. What's wrong with this location I don't know but I am out of there(((

Can't rate 0. Too bad. Really bad slow drive thru service. I just waited 20 minutes in line at the drive through. Never got my script. Would have been there much longer. I think the pharmacy let a driver sit at the window while they filled the order. Totally unacceptable. Ask them to come in. Y'all are clueless to customer service. Never again. Walgreens

The store itself is clean and the staff is friendly. It's the Pharmacy that is horrible!! Unfortunately the health insurance I have only uses CVS or I would never even think of using this CVS. The pharmacist thinks he is smarter then our doctors. They constantly switch our prescriptions from the requested drug to either the generic or a replacement they rather push without any communication. My son has F'n cancer and the pharmacist thinks he knows better then our oncologist!!! This is not a one time occasion, and every time it happens we have to waist time driving back and dealing with the attitude from the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs. If you don't have to use CVS and if your were considering using this CVS please don't! One other fun fact... the placement of this CVS is very annoying... if you need to get back on US-19 heading south, then you must first turn right onto Tarpon Avenue, travel to the second light, make a u-turn and then wait at Tarpon Ave and US-19 for what feels like an eternity to make the left! Try doing that after returning to the pharmacy to get the original prescribed medication.

Ever since they remodeled the place the things are a mess. If you want to look for a protein bars in five different locations. I think I'll go back to Walgreens

I asked 3 times for all of my scripts to be transferred from Tarpon Springs to Boot Ranch in Palm Harbor. Nevertheless I get a phone call today that a script is ready for me in Tarpon Springs. So I had to call both the pharmacy in Tarpon Springs and in Boot Ranch to straighten this out AGAIN. Had to stay on hold for inordinate amount of time. When I was on hold for several minutes for the Tarpon Springs location, someone finally picked up the call and said, CVS-- please

when you have to go to cvs becaaue the walgreens you normally use is closed for labor day, and the pharmasist accuses you of going to too many pharmacys and being a junkie because your girlfriend had back surgery 6 days ago and now has spinal fluid leaking causing severe migraines and discomfort. then procceding to slam the safe door and keyboard because they close in 10 minutes. dont come here if your sick or in pain because this guy doesnt like to have business. then the cvs employees appologized up and down for him. that should not have happened
