The lady that is working tonight on 7-8-24 @ 8:30 pm is drinking alcohol while working. You could smell the alcohol coming off her breath. Will be filing a complaint with corporate through BBB so this can get looked at. . Clearly the manager knows it too due to the fact she standing next to her and allows it. She is a well known drunk since she goes to winn-dixx all the time to buy hard alcohol often.

This store closes whenever they want. Went at 830 and they were closed. The other night it was 845. Even though there hours claim it's till 9.
Nothing is ever stocked or put away. The carts are full and blocking the shelves. One day they had a cart with milk and dairy supplies sitting out in the isle for who knows how long.
Cooperate needs to come do something

Wow the young kid that works the night shift and short black hair has no personality. Say hello to him he literally ignores you, say thanks after check out even though he ignored you and he continues to ignore you. I guess I'd be mad if I was a total loser as well?♂️

I have spend thousands of dollars at this place, but my last experience and is my last visit, I don’t care if it’s the only store opened.When you walk into a store I am not expecting you to be a puppet, but at least be genuine and say hello when someone says hello or smirk. If your having a tough day every person does. This employee first off doesn’t say any of that. Secondly will say loudly oh and you got a card and cash… I owed 3.. something cents. , in which she could of put on the card and rest in cash. So what I say ok I will get from my car my apologies, as I am going to my car I notice something on my receipt not labeled as it should. So I still have the receipt in my hand and I go oh I like the other energy drink, I will return those and get a few of the other. She continues to say not until you get the 3. Whatever cents.. LOUDLY TO. And this is not the first time I have heard say something about a customer, one elder lady bought a few items and forget her hallmark or what brand card on the counter, and resturns quickly after realizing. The employee goes and she forgot her hard (ahhhh) rolling her eyes. This is not how you treat an individual especially a customer. You don’t like the job you go get one you like then!

They asked me to leave my purse at the register and just take my wallet out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME NO I WILL NO LEAVE MY PURSE WITH A TOTAL STRANGER JUST TO COME AND SHOP!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I OR ANYONE I KNOW EVER ASKED TO LEAVE YOUR PURSE WITH THE CASHIER.......EVER!!!! 0/10

I will start off with how nice the worker was when I got in the store. But no fault to them. The isles had carts waiting to be stocked, blocking the whole area of the store. So I was not able to get some things. The worker was stocking and cashing people out so they did an amazing job.

I love the Dollar General on alt 19. They are always courteous, especially Donna she always ask me what do I need. I'm handicap and she gets my stuff and always ask what else I need. Yes, when she's not there I can get overwhelmed. She always makes my day or night easier. I love this store.

"No bathroom" sounds like a lie but ok. Stores like this are becoming increasingly brazen by wanting customers that don't ever need a bathroom.

I have to say how shocked I was walking into this store. It was very apparent that corporate is the reason for the complete disaster that it is. I'm sure it is safe to say that they don't give enough hours to complete there tasks everyday. The delivery was all over the store and one poor cashier was working it all by herself. There is absolutely no facing or organizing for the customers to even shop the store. This is your local dollar store In A great neighborhood, it should be cared for better and the customers should be appreciated better.This in no way was the cashiers fault and the 1 is no reflection on her. She was helpful and kind and exhausted. YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.All your doing as a corporation is making your name and reputation be negative. Disgraceful

I go to Dollar General a lot. Very convenient. Today I went there, saw plenty of"masks required" signs. At least 3 customers had no mask in site. I asked cashier abythis and received"we aren't allowed to enforce that". That is very unexpected and foolish. Will not shop there for a while.
